Good food that combats the "M" Again, some of us that have lived through the "M" nightmare have changed what we eat day to day. I believe that what we eat is a KEY to "morgellons". Anything we put in to our body that is not natural is food for the "M". I eat very little carbs... pasta & bread are NOT good. But I like fruits & vegies.
GMO's, pharmaceuticals, included... I never ever took any prescription to get better.
I know that when I eat junk food, at fast food chains, any restaurant that goes coast to coast (Chile's & Red Lobster for example), processed foods, deli meat, etc, I don't feel as good.

It takes a lot of hard work to pay attention to our diet. We have to do some of the work for ourselves. It is worth the time & effort.
