| That's a great word huh...ffaaallllaaffellll I picked up a falafel mix from Tesco - you just add water, mix, make balls or patties and lightly fry dem. After 48 hours of eating them with salad I realised they were majorly helping healthy bowel skills. The ingredients: Yellow peas, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, turmeric, traditional herbs and spices, mustard, sodium bicarbonate. - ANTI MORG or what!!? ![]() They are a good source of protein (22%) and fibre (7%) and are gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, yeast free, soy free, nut free ..... | Jo, This sounds interesting I have not heard of it before. I will have to see if our health food store that sells lots of non gluten foods carries it.
