I came across this website while searching for what xanthan gum is and thought you might find it of interest as did I.

I know, Kat....so much is added to our food we don't even KNOW about even....let alone what the HAVE to list on the package. Isn't it amazing what they get away with? MSG....ASPARTAME....HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (which also contains MERCURY)....and who knows what the stuff is you can't pronounce!

That's why at least we can see some ingredients with that list. I'm not all that worried about xanthan gum now that I see it's fermented glucose...could be a lot worse, ya know?
