Take a look at most of the items on the list that was added.

Strawberries should only be eaten as organic.

They have far fewer antioxidants than goji berries. If you have a choice and canget them, go for the higher end gojis.

The idea behind David Wolfe's superfoods is that he has researched em so they are the best of the best.

SOY is often genetically modified.

Many people cannot have mushrooms becuase they are funguns... etc. etc..

others are sensetive to milk. and there fore yogurt, i cannot eat it at all.
i break out severely.

probiotics are important, but fermented foods like antural saurkraut are good sources.

There was a interesting study here in Germany, what says, that testing probands didn't like the taste of original strawberries, because it wasnt so sweet or good as they imagine.
The story behind was, that industrial produced strawberries tastes much more sweet and fruity than the originals.
I guess, we become more and more all victims of so called food producing factories.
