| A while ago I also posted on foods (alkaline) that lower the acidic level in our bodies. From Kat's post: Very Alkaline-Yielding Foods Spinach Raisins Dates Raisins top the list! (when you look at the concentration/weight of the food/input). Eat a handful of raisins each day and that should balance you out.
