Question What Do You Eat Everyday?

Hi everyone,

I'm really curious about what you all eat on a daily basis!

Even before morgellons arrived, I really struggled to find ways to eat healthy that were tasty and relatively easy. Breakfast is pretty easy for me, but lunch and dinner tend to stump me.

In particular, I'm looking for ways to incorporate more vegetables in my diet--I've never loved them and yet know that I need to make friends with them.

So what does an average day of meals look like for you?

Thanks,
kelley

Hi Kelley,

You've asked a good question.

1. Are you allergic to any foods? Do you know if you are? I've posted on tbm (total body modification / kenesiology) and this helped me get stronger and healthier.

2. Organic / non-GMO foods.

3. NO fast food, chain restaurants.

4. Odwalla juice, organic milk and kefir.

5. Franky started a thread on healthy recipes. Go there for some ideas.

I'll post more, but I get timed out and don't want to lose this post.

Itwl,
~jonsi

Hi again,

Try to find organic ingredients and prepare several meals at one time. Freeze individual portions and don't forget to reheat the meals in glass containers. Plastic containers, zip-locks, and aluminum foil contain toxins which make the "Morgellons" a nice little meal. Seriously!

Adapt you recipes using organic, non GMO foods.

Look in the frozen food section for organic meals.

Meat balls...

organic or free range chicken with salad.

organic potato salad with chicken, celery......

peanut butter with "home-made" jam (berries are great antioxidents), even better is local honey!

Lots of sunshine so you get plenty of natural vitamin D.

Avocados

Walnuts

Got to go!!! I'm getting hungry

In the white light,
~jonsi

thanks for your great replies!

hi jonsi--gotta check out your posts on tbm. i have a practitioner who has done the kinesthetic testing on me throughout the years---on and off i've been allergic to just about everything! in fact she just told me today: no soy, no eggs, no nuts, no dairy, no corn, no citrus, no wheat/gluten. grrr. i guess the fungus is so bad right now that i need to be extra careful re: allergies

the potato and chicken salad sounds excellent! i'm gonna make me some soon...

hi aliester--your list was reassuring---i actually eat several of those things! berries, everyday, almond and nat. peanut butters, avocado, peppers, etc. i'm glad you've joined---it sounds like you have some good nutritional info to share.

i guess what i'm really wondering is what a meal plan looks like for you. it's a question that is partly voyueristic (what do people eat?) and partly just seeking inspiration!

right now here's about what mine looks like:
breakfast:
prairie bread and nut butter
fresh mix of berries
pure protein chocolate drink

lunch
turkey salad w/ apples, celery, cashews, dried cherries and veganaise

snack: lara bar---cherry or apple

dinner:
chicken cooked some way (right now, despite my acupuncturist's mandate, it's with gluten-free soy, lemon, garlic, and organic chicken broth)
zzzzzzzzzzz (just nodded off in the midst of my list)
sauteed spinach
steamed lentils

Kelley....

If you eat like that.....and incorporate what Jonsi and Aliester offered...you will be one healthy momma!!!!

Kritts

one thing I want to add, is for you to take magnesium and zinc and definitely a really good multi and at least 3K mg's of C............

oh and pure water with green tea, grapefruit seed extract, fresh lemon in a bottle to drink all day.

oh and I disagree about no citrus.... lemons are alkaline in the body even though they are considered acidic. I eat ruby red grapefruit and I eat the seeds for the extract inside as well. I'm going to eat one every morning.

NOt a bad idea to have a half glass of water or whatever and add some baking soda.

I think we need citrus too Kritts . Squeezing a lime into a glass of water makes it alkaline.

I am glad you posted this, I've been wanting to post the same thing.

I notice that the lesions on my head seem to fluctuate perhaps according to diet.

I had about 2 days when they were healed, all but gone, and then they came
back with a vengeance.

I wonder if it was the goat milk yogurt. I seem to have issues with dairy.

I think it makes me break out on my back and head.

Not sure.

i think the "no citrus" is just a temporary measure---i guess i'm sensitive to it. hate that!

carla and kritters--so what are you having for lunch and dinner today?

(not trying to finagle an invitation...i know carla's a continent and an ocean away!)

Default garlic?

I am so so so so so tired.

I did cook some today because I had help coming over to help me clean.

I went out to eat with a friend and there was a left over smoked Arkansas Rib,
so I put that in with a pound of kale greens and onions.

I also had made some baked organic chicken legs with herbs, ate those yesterday
for dinner and cooked up the bones for soup stock with an onion, the pan drippings
which I saved and some carrot pulp from my juicer.

I have been craving garlic lately. So I baked a bunch of large diced potatoes with
olive oil herbs and a SLEW (like 1.5 cups of garlic whole garlic cloves) they browned up nicely.

Does anyone know if garlic retains any of it nutritive value when it is cooked??

thanks, sprite
