hi seasprite--
steamed may not be accurate!

i buy them at trader joe's in the refrigerated vegetable section and heat them in the microwave. they are already cooked.

they come out all steamy so my brain flipped that around into a cooking method

Default Tylee--losing alot of weight--other foods maybe

Hello,
I wanted to know if the sugars in the above mentioned lists like berries, honey etc affect parasites. I belive no sugar is the way to go or am i misinformed.

I was diagnosed with lyme and am 2 very strong antibiotics and I can have no sugar, no starch, no wheat, no yeast. I am eating eggs, fish, chicken and veg only with some grapefruit (very little). I am l losing a 1lb a day and I am very tiny boned and very slim.
Is there anything that will fatten me up that is OK to eat daily and in large amounts.
as I keep forgetting my posts all over the place can I have PM's. Cannot find any of my posts is there a way to find out where you last made an entry to find a response to important questions.thankyou Tylee--feeling quite sick from lack of food and loosing weight.............

If lemon is an ok food and so is broccoli...try them together!
It's delicious.
Ashamed to say that I usually only eat dinner. Lately I've been craving milk, but that's a no no? Dinner is always a healthy meal, no processed foods. No microwave. No fast food I could live on falafel and salads.
I do eat bananas and other fruit if I get hungry or have to have food with antibiotics. (goes off to find a packet of raisins).

Default what we eat ..

No lack of appetite in our house -
breakfast (not everything everyday)
organic gluten free bread / toast
organic or lactose free plain yogurt, can't find "organic lactose free"
or gluten free Natures Path cereal, Mesa Sunrise is my fav; or organic free range eggs, 1 x week
organic peanut butter - crave it - eat way too much
raisins; bananas (have to have)
organic coffee / gotta have it/ organic cream when I can find it
top of the line vitamin mineral complex

Lunch
homemade organic homous -rice crackers/rice cakes/ locally made organic tortilla chips
avocado - have to have
aged cheeses, celery etc
more raisins, seeds, nuts,

supper
organic greens, cucumber, tomatoes, raw broccoli
cooked local shrimp or frozen scallops or organic chicken
occasionally grass fed beef from a local farmer
I don 't cook veges - blech- but my daughter does at times so I have to eat them
I buy and she makes vege burgers, Amy's Texan
I make homemade lentil or bean soups
we eat brown rice vermicelli with thai sauce and very thin veges; or brown rice
dandelion coffee when I can find a good one. I go through it so fast.
local honey and maplesyrup in or on things

When I am stressed:
Baileys and milk, Ben and Jerry's - hey its got no GMOs; sesame snaps, really good chocolate, too many nuts; scotch sparingly

I CRAVE naturally sparkling mineral water. I drink about a liter a day. Apollonaris (sp?) is the best I have found. Others are modified in some way or owned by Nestle and I won't buy Nestle.

Ciao!

Tylee - are you off dairy too? A close friend recently started adding organic cream and organic butter to her diet as she has been sick and is too thin. Seems good for her.

We drink organic milk, but I'm was never allergic to milk...

I add a squirt of lemon juice and a dash of clove powder to every glass of water I drink. It's good for the liver.

My 11 yo daughter loves broccoli & lemon juice. She prefers it over french fries (Thank God!).

Digit, thanks for digging up this thread.

Itwl,
~jonsi
