Hi everyone! I saw this idea about a week ago and responded but nothing came about. Thats ok! We are all able to cook and share our ideas with each other and it always brings people together when we discuss food! I love to eat. I love to cut vegetables and whatever foods I have to join in the feast! Stone Soup is my motto. I can make a delicious meal with whatever I have in my fridge or cupbpoard. Always have, because my 4 kids depended not only on nutrition but me as the mom and entertainer! They had it hard for many reasons. Not going into it cause this is Morgs site. I have a certificate in Nutrition. THAT doesnt make me awesome! What does is that I care about my body and my children. I learned to have fun. To see what colors I was useing for food. Whole fresh produce, grains and protein, and many greens. Much greens. I would hide it in there other foods so they would benifit. Im not a control freak and would never expect anyone, as my children, to eat what they didnt like! So goes for my interest in food. Pure vitamins and energy. Yes food is GOOD. Being a Morg person, its vital to eat what your body cries for. Intuiton, friends and dreams.. all help us to get better! Good eating, asssimilating and digesting to you!!

net nat! your absoulutely right its extrmely important for all of us to be the healthiest we can be right now i truly believe that i gave my children this disease by cooking for them! i never realized this disease was so bad that it could actually live in my arns and fingers. i remmber a couple yrs ago when i was extrmely sick with this crap it seemed like everything i touched while cooking seemed to end up contaminated by me. so i ended up buying alot of frozen dinners they have some halfway decent ones now its not like the frozen dinners my mother bought lol! and i was one to cook every night for my kids. i enjoyed it. even that was taking away by this disease my only time we could all sit down and have some quality time with my children! now when there hungry they just grab something and put it in the microwave. i hate that!! i bought a big box of gloves to cook with now. but iwon't cook for friends it makes me wary.do you know what i mean? i could your prof advice on my 6 yr old sons weight i feel bad he doesn't get to go too many places because some days i just can't function. he's very bored! thanks nat talk soon ok ![]() love robin

| Hi! Last week Jerry Seinfeld's wife was on the Oprah Show. She has a great cookbook that has recipes with (hidden) broccoli, squash, carrots, spinach, etc. for brownies, chicken tenders, cookies and so on. She explains how to steam and puree the vegetables, freeze in zip-locks. Then you can slip the good stuff into the recipes. Kids can't even tell they are eating something healthy. She said she spends around an hour each week preparing the healthy vegies for the upcoming week's meals. When I get frozen "dinners" I opt for something like Amy's organic, no GMO meals. There are a few brands out there now that don't have the preservatives and additives that "Healthy Meal", Maria Calanders, Weight Watchers and most of the frozen meals have. The pictures on the box look healthy and wholesome, but read the ingredients before you buy and eat them. Robin, wish you lived next door! Our kids could play together. Itwl, ~jonsi

I've been craving wierd (for me) things. Pickled! Beets, green beans, Kosher dills, green olives... very strange LOL I love to cook also, Zuccinni lasagne , soups, stews & anything dark green I've never been a huge fan of sugar, in any form. I don't like the texture of most fruit. Don got me a juicer. Can't believe what you can put through the darn thing! Gluten is a no no for me. But we have the most awsome bakery here that is gluten & dairy free. I did buy some of her pizza crusts & made chicken & spinach pizza! I have gained a significant amount of weight with Morg & when I finally checken my PH, it was off the chart bad. Anyone else?

Hi Raeinco, good to hear from you again! I just made a lasgna this week, and split it up so I could eat a bit every day! I go to Stop n shop or Shaws for the reduced products. Vegetables mostly. Today I got Zuchinni and summer squash and also lettuce and celery. I had these things on my list and asked the Universe for help! Things have been so tight as Im sure we are all experiencing. Some weeks Im so good at adhering to a NICE diet. Then all hell brakes loose and a cheese cake is in my hand! ( I did get one and gave it to my kid after I had three peices) Anyway! Breakfast: I take out some vegies I fried the night before. Into pan with olive oil and butter, then I throw in a scrambled egg. No bread. Just a heaping of veggies and egg. Its fattening and delicious. At least Im eating better. Cant handle the flour, the sugar, the preservatives. How are you doing with cooking? Whats a good favorite of yours? Happy eating and digesting!
