Default foods that make me itch

Over the past 6 months I have noticed that after eating black beans, soy bean flour, or chick peas I am very itchy. Especially on bottoms of feet. Anyone else find any foods they do worse with?

If food or anything else that we put in our bodies was able to have an effect upon the M life form then we could us food to manipulate the actions of this LF.This theory would alow us to have power over tis LF,which we don't have. All this is part of a thinking error known as blaming. So few things,if anything can effect the LF.Going down this road day after day does no one any good.We need to focus on the actions of the LF upon us and not our actions upon it as none of our actions has any effect upon M.None being posted here I should say.

Perhaps you have developed a food allergy to certain legumes? While not necessarily a symptom of Morgellons, I believe that with a compromised immune system, certain sensitivities/allergies may develop. Others have had them come and go as well. Try a half teaspoon of baking soda in purified water, but squeeze the juice of a quarter lemon or lime to buffer the sodium. This will help the itching and help maintain an alkaline environment.

Good point could be an allergy that has just begun to surface, I drink alkaline/mineralized water, not sure if it really helps but better than drinking bottled spring water. I'll keep avoiding the beans for now and try again every so often.

Default I have a funny feeling that allergies and immunity issues are all connected

There is another notch on the morgellons belt.

My daughter has severe allergy or immune responce to coconut, she is my child, I am sure she has involvment. I can not bring myself to ask her for excrement and fluids.

It would be interesting to see if birth morgellons is different then aquired.

Her skin now is excellent.

Default Food allergies

During my search to find out what the heck has been wrong with me, I did an elimination diet under the supervision of my Naturopathic Doctor....as I gradually added foods back in (1 whole food per day) I had reactions to lentil, pinto, and black beans......I would get excessive heartburn and start throwing up a short time after I ate them.

I also learned that proper food combining is essential for proper digestion (for me). That was a concept I had NEVER heard of before. I learned about it during my stay at Optimum Health Institute. All food requires a certain environment to properly digest. Some require an acid environment, and some require an alkaline environment. If you eat foods, at the same time, requiring different environments to digest, your body can get confused causing symptoms like heartburn. I have chronic heartburn! and I have had it since I was 15 years old. when I used the proper food combining method I had NO HEARTBURN.

Also, my daughter (8 years old) is allergic to strawberrys (or maybe the pesticides used to grow them) She's also allergic to Lavender. I'm sure she is allergic to other foods, but she is so picky that, believe it or not, she has tried very few foods. There's maybe only ten foods she eats! Its scary! She definitely has immune system issues. Last year she had Mono and she's had phenomia a couple times too. Both my kids have the fibers, but thankfully they have no lesions!

I have a lot of experience with his symptom. A year or so ago, I went through a huge acute phase where my body just freaked out.mno better way to say it. I had vertigo, breathing problems, heart palpitations, and couldn't eat certain foods without parts of my body swelling up and itching like crazy. Usually my feet and back, sometimes my backside and thighs.

I went in for an allergy test, and tested positive for 90% of all the tests-- food and environmental. I was restricted to tomatoes, wheat, chicken and some fish. I was even reacting to rice, which is a very benign protein.

Turns out my skin was overreactive due to dermographism, which now I believe is due to he Lyme disease, but a rast test ruled out All allergies. I'd even given away my cats because my three yr old came up positive.

My acute phase came and went on its own. I visited every dr ou could think of trying to get answers. None of them thought Lyme.

That acute phase was before the m symptoms started.

Default water

I have been drinking alkaline/mineralized filtered water for about 2 months now and I am also giving it to my cat, too. She actually runs to drink her water now. I also have noticed quite a lot of things growing in the pre-filtered water after it has sat for few weeks which are visible to the eye. I don't have a microscope, so not able to look at microscpically. I did found a link for a company that will analyze water for free and will contact them this week, I'll let you know what happens when I do.

Fruits, anything wheat and most grains esp. rice, most breads, potatoes, all of which I do still eat, but in very low amounts. And I refuse to ingest anything wheat knowingly.

I don't seem to have a problem with a local bakery and their homeade bread. A godsend, since we absolutely love bruchetta on toast and parmesan cheese. mmm...and lots of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).....ooooo and garlic, basil, oregano, and sometimes some fennel if you want a real italian flavor....I can't talk about food. I digress.....

Once I found out what I was allergic to (wheat, rice, corn, peanuts, almonds and chili peppers) and got desensitized to those foods, I started getting better immediately.

Whatever this "M" is, it feeds on toxins and the foods our bodies can't process.
