Default Electric foot baths?

I'm probably going to feel like an idiot for asking this question, but I have this wonderful electric circulating foot bath for pedicures and relaxation. I've used it exactly once, before I found out I have this THING. It sure would feel good now and my feet are getting a little rugged looking. Is it ok to use it or is it a recipe for disaster? And if ok, how should it be cleaned?
Thanks!

Default Sounds relaxing....

at the very least. And that is a wonderful thing.
Maybe add a small amount of epsom salt 1/4 cup.... or some essential oils....
Wish i had one....
Clean up by filling with water and add a 1/2 cup of vinegar then wipe down.
happy soaking...

Default Electric foot baths?

Thank you, xiblanque; I was afraid I'd just infect it and continue to further infect myself.

epsom salt brings out the "squigglies" (white fibers) in any bath...

Are you worried about you foot bath getting saturated by "M"? I use borax in my washing machine. I also use bug arrest and eco-vie (I stored up on the eco-vie & I don't think it can found now). As xib suggested, Vinegar will probably work too.

On my body I only use Miracle II soap, it's the only soap (& shampoo) I have use for 3 years now. It dissolves the callouses on my feet & helps with the thick nails... (pm me if you want to order the soap, I don't sell it but the lady I order it from has the cheapest prices).

I'm dreaming of a foot bath right now, how soothing!

Itwl,

Default cleaning...

also straight vinegar in a spray bottle... apply... let sit.. wipe down...
and i've had great success with enzymes in a spray bottle.... applied then let it air dry.... on EVERYTHING i thought was contaminated...furniture...cars....
walls and floors. I think there are many posts under the Treatment part of the forum... with great tips for cleaning your space/environment.

Is this similar to an "ionic" foot bath? Those baths purged out black specks for me on the top of my feet. It also purged the white things out of my feet as well. The lady doing my footbath thought my water was really interesting.. and pointed out the white thing and said.. "that looks like a parasite!?".. all I said was "really?"

Anyway.. if it's the ionic foot bath that you are talking about, then they usually just put a little salt in there for conductivity. I never had an issue with anything spreading... I used it mostly for general detoxing. I still do this once a week.. and there are no more specks or white things out of the feet now!
