I've used neem salve, purchased from a health food store, and had pretty good results. As with everything it's not perfect at getting rid of gunk and debris/pods from sores, but it did help. And it's soothing, a plus. I just ran out and have to get more. I know whatever is in my sores do not like the stuff which helps the healing process.

I have never used any of these personally. As with anything used on the skin it is always best to do a small test on the skin to make sure there is no allergic reaction.

Hi Megluth72... Does the neem salve moisturise the skin, my skin is so sore & horney also has lesions,what it needs is a good dermobrasion but there's so many lesions I would'nt know where to start, my arms & legs are on fire at the moment, I usually go to bed & put E45 cream that the doctor gives me & wrap myself in cling film, A right state I look.

The salve you say is soothing which is what I need, did you get it at a health store or online? I'm in U.K. would appreciate any suggestions on how I can get some oil into my skin....Spots
