| http://www.treelight.com/health/nutr...onutDiary.html I found this and am thinking about buying some coconut oil. I am hoping it will help with the energy -lack of -situation along with the skin issues. Does anybody (Linny, Linda T, red deputy) have any suggestions on the best source -quality and price for this? I checked ebay, but was confused as to what was good stuff, and don't want to waste $$$. Thanks Linda

| Whole Foods Market has food grade coconut oil in a can, in the refridgerated section near the check out asiles(about $7). It can be used in all cooking and also on the skin. Hope that helps ![]() |

| I also get it at my local health food store. I usually buy organic and though I don't eat bread any more, I used to spread it on toast and use it for cooking eggs and it was DELICIOUS! xo k |

| Thanks guys. I am doing my research for my new "army" assault against these suckers. I am planning a trip to the health food store......... My energy has been zapped.......I am posting some stuff I found today that just sounds too suspicious to me not to have some kind of connection. Chester aka Nancy- yes, you have a real flair for writing, but your description of the lesions was pretty right on. A LOT of mine have the side byside lines in them, along with the branches and tunnels under the skin and the core. Another thing as of late is v's. I (knock on wood) am seeing quite a bit of healing and stuff (tiny little white things) coming out of my skin AND NOSE, but still have the under the skin lines. Boy, I tell you---everybody here is so great.....If we could all get together at some resort and pool our knowledge, streamline our diets and add in herbals, I have no doubt we would all kick this in no time. I am posting some stuff I found today, so look for it. Thanks guys! Linda

| Ive tried a few brands. The NOW doesnt taste good to me. im using organic virgin Specrum ,comes in a glass jar and taste pretty good. I always go for the organic and the virgin even though it alot more expensive. Go easy at first to see how your body reacts. One time I had too much at once and threw up. When I looked online I found that some people dont handle the coconut oil too well. It also will stimulate your thyroid so keep that in mind if you have any thyroid issues. I like to mix mine in yogurt...... :P ![]()

| Thanks Friski, I figured there were others here using it and this would be better than "reinventing the wheel". I sure don't want to throw $ away on something that could taste better! With the way I have been feeling, I thought mixing it with Parrot Bay may be the best idea.......................Ok, maybe not. Linda
