crawling sensations: what do they mean?

What does it mean, when you get the sensation of millions of these crawling everywhere at one time? Is this good or bad? This is the second tome I got this, the first was when I tried albendazole. I just did the first baths of Bubba's suggestion(I haven't gotten the DSP yet) and I tried some bai bu. I have only had the disease a year. I have given it to one other person, back shortly before the doctors told me it was scabies. Mostly there is some here and there, in a three day pattern. But last night it was all over, still some here and there now 8 hours later. Usually they bother me most at around 2 to 5 AM. But today they are crazed. What does this mean? Do they go off more when you're sicker or when you're getting rid of them? Or both and how do you tell which is which? I am single and feel like I 'll never be able to have anyone with this. Friends don't invite me over, and I don't have living family. My roommate has never gotten it. I have few sores, and they are small. I eat a no sugar diet to keep the sores down, but how do you get these things out of your internal organs? I'd rather have sores than drive them inside. I think the itching everywhere is caused by them being bothered by something or if they are angry.
Keep at the treatment steps that Bubba recommends and you feel alot better soon.Sometimes it only takes a few days.For others it can take two weeks .
DSP is amazing at healing sores.

long before morgellons, i attended cosmetology school, know sounds dumb but leared some handy things related to this disease. when they taught us how to give facials, we were told to tell the client that would improve skin, but impurities do come to the surface,will improve but actualy ca look worse for a time, like what was dirty underneath in order for the face to really become smooth and pretty after time. make sense? this disease likes to fight back, you give it another punch i HATE morgellons disease! so even though seems like losing you are making progress, (LC).
