Default How bad are our symptoms, what can we do.

I see post after post from keih5489 he says that his condition is getting worse and worse.

Unclear to me is the issues he is facing, what he is doing exactly to heal himself.

Its quite a popular issue here to be at the end of our rope, you all can relate I am sure.

There are so many simple and inexpensive things we can do.

One treatment that works very well for skin problems is baths with heavy Baking soda or heavy salt, these work very well to make skin nice.

This may sound stupid to some but healing a face is not easy keeping it in good shape is easier. There is a way to soak your face in the hot salt or baking soda water, that is a swimming snorkel, this kind of stuff helps keep your skin looking nice and also helps heal it if it looks like pizza pie.

I made the water as hot as possible it was just plain uncomfortable at first but after so relaxing you should be able to go to sleep, not later but IMMEDIATELY after drying off.

I have seen a woman that has this off and on and she every day removes skin with some sort of skin wash and scrub pad.

She had the tiny open lesions on her body years ago, she has also gone through alot of the treatments I have, she is way too thin, this makes her look witchy and older but her skin is beautiful with little issues.

If most of you saw her you would never know she has this as your searching would be looking for extreme issues, I look for any issues.

Her hair is excellent, though she has almost had this as long as I, she was my G/F in 1980 she is 10 year younger than I.

ANYWAY, LOL

One other thing I added to the water in the tub was tea tree oil.

I had never really seen specks before that time then I saw some black specks.

This may be a good spot to post your best and least expensive ideas for healing with directions.

if you want change in your disease make sure you try some of the things suggested, ONE AT A TIME, and then GIVE THEM TIME TO WORK.

There is nothing that works instantly, if it does consider it kind of like a fluke, you can bet your not cured, just exposing some of your problems.

This is a stealthy, long term hidden issue disease that can rear its ugly head when pressed, or has to when the body rescinds its welcome mat.

Time for a run

Default Basic changes

I think that one of the first things that showed results for me, was making basic dietary changes. Researching a more alkaline diet, and following it strictly. Tons of flluids, no sugar, no carbs, etc. etc. It's a commitment, but it will help.

stuff that came out of me that looks similar to these photos were soft,no pain.

The fibers hurt when they came out.... esp the blue and red ones (my experience)

I have a lot of prolonged stinging sensations, mainly in my feet. I dont see anything but thought it might be something entering, because ive seen that on ocassion. White fibers only.
