Default Need suggestions

Hey you guys, I need your input please.
Anyone who has read my posts know I am all consumed with the white hairs from hell who have invaded my scalp and replaced my beautiful hair with some kind of silicone threads.
I am done and tired of fighting these little bastards. Their army has grown, many more, and longer and thicker.
Anyways.... I MUST do something about the way my hair looks. I have tried coloring my hair but that hasn't been very successful, the foreign material on my head apparently is industrial strength and laughs at the hair dye for daring to change the color of these nasty threads.
Sooooo..... I was thinking if you can't beat them, join them.
I have very dark brown hair, olive complexion. If I was blonde these little devils wouldn't stand out so bad. I have always been partial to dark auburn but that doesn't camouflage these guys.
Do I dare "frost" my hair? And how do I do that? What products do I need? How awful would that look on me? I realize you guys don't know what I look like, hmmmm.
What do you think? Does anyone else have any other ideas, colors, methods to suggest to me?
I don't have any money so going to a hair saloon is out of the question.
Thank you for putting up with my lengthy posts and for any suggestions you all can give.
Peace,
Ghettogirl

I went to see a Nature Path and they prescriped Transformation Enzymes. 3x per day 4 each Purezyme, Protease and Protease HTC 30 min before each meal. Cost me 500.00 a month but it helped melt them internally. Within a year my hair was back to growing normally and along with the Cowden Protocol and salt vit c. Not cured but better, still see light fluffs when I get out of the shower.

Is there some reason these particular plant based enzymes are so much more expensive than good brands of plant based enzymes found in health food stores? There are many who could not afford to spend $500 per month for enzymes which to me sound fairly overpriced, especially since there are other excellent brands which are available at much more reasonable prices.

I would also like to mention that there may be some who cannot use plant based types of enzymes, due to either mold allergy issues or gluten sensitivities. Although I know that most companies do try to remove any traces of the mold the plant based enzymes are grown in there are some people who can have a bad reaction to plant based enzymes which are frequently grown on mold such as aspergillus niger. It's impossible to purify all of the mold out. I found this out the hard way when using such enzymes caused me a lot of gut pain and diarrhea. My reaction started quite suddenly when I began using the enzymes and immediately stopped when I figured out on the third day of use it was being caused after each meal by the enzymes I had started using on the advice of my allergist who like many doctors and even people who work in health food stores was unaware that there are some people who cannot use plant based enzymes due to such reactions. Also sometimes gluten type grains are the base on which these plant based enzymes are grown so for those with gluten sensitivities such enzymes are very problematic and can cause intestinal damage.

GG,

I would def frost my hair if I were you. Give yourself a boost. If you don't like it you can dye it back... They sell kits at the grocery store. Find a friend to help you.

I've been thinking about streaking my hair again too.

I have to wear an industrial mask when I dye my hair. But when I streak it I don't need a mask.

Go for it!

In the white light,

Thank you all for replying to my post.
Jonsi, good to hear from you and I think I am going to go for it.
I don't have any friends I can call to help, but I have an awesome son who is willing to help.

I hope it will look ok., I am a bit scared of looking like the wife on the "Munster Family" but it's got to look better then having "tinsel" in my hair.

Thanks,
Ghettogirl

Why not use coloring products to color the hair?
What is wrong with using a branded hair dye product.

Default I did it!

I finally cut my hair really, really short and it looks pretty cute! I am letting the white hairs and gray come through and now it has a lighter color. Of course, it sticks up every which way but, it's a pixy cut and is supposed to look that way.

I think frosting your hair would look cute and that is now the style. I will probably do it if the salt and pepper doesn't look good.

Here is the cut I got...

MeaganM,
cute hair style and good for you for getting it done. I bet your head and hair feel better, huh?
I haven't frosted my hair yet, but I was able to get a kit. I can't wait to do it. I am hoping it helps hide the hideous white hairs from hell that I have.
I am trying to get a job. My hair looking like it has is no help when going to interviews, lol.
I don't even know how things will be if and when I do get a job.... pertaining to my morgellons. But I really need a job. I have responsibilities, my family so I must try.
Oh and JBlunt, I have tried to color my hair with normal hair dye products, but my hair just wont take.... my white hairs are super industrial strength, LOL.
