| One thing I would like to say about the latest news media from Mayo in Rochester, MN. About the time they would have started any research, I spoke with them because they are 90 miles away from me. I asked if they were doing any research on Morgellons and was told no. Of course the person could have been mistaken, but she asked me of I wanted a Dr.appt. and naturally I said no. I had been there before and it was a bad experience. So, with these so called results to the research, I'm glad I didn't go again and make a fool of myself. A Dr. I go to is associated with Mayo, I saw him last week. He is a psychiatrist. I started seeing him when I had to quit working due to disability. I became so depressed because I couldn't work any longer and I had anger with it. If I am depressed I will see someone because I hate to feel that way. I also talked with a counselor for 2 years and we actually had fun, she would tell me her problems also. When I saw this Dr. last week, I mentioned this research re: M and then I asked him if he thought I was delusional or psychotic. He said NO. I wonder when they do this research if they bring in any Psychiatrists to test people for being psychotic or delusional. I highly doubt it. It would prove them wrong. Of course they would have to bring in Psychiatrists who were totally unbiased and unaffiliated with Mayo.

| You can see when you go to the office of a doctor and you mention morgellons and they say they never heard of it. Then they will leave the room go to the computer and find that the government disinformation avenues are we are ALL crazy. LOL, so the parrot doctor comes back and repeats what he knows to be the last word on the issue, we need a shrink. The invisable bug issues and boxes containing bug parts and dirt do not help our cause, so far this and the fact that we go balistic at their insistance that we are insane, has helped to confirm our problems of the mind. It is a no win situation, I think sueing them would uncomplicate things a bit. SUE,SUE, SUE,SUE and a thousad more SUE! If not now later, as when they write this in your records and suggest a head shrinker, you need to say with all calmness, what you just wrote in my records shows your lack of ability to do your job, this condition is real and when it comes out that it is, I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT for what you have just wrote in my records. |

| I am fairly sure doing what you suggest here (sue and inform the doctor that you are suing) would disappear that part of your record before you ever knocked on the door of a lawyer. You must approach all this as stealth suing I think. So many here appear to be practiced in stealth selling so it should be easy to see exactly how it works. Just ask your lawyer to serve a surprise subpoena for your records after seeing the lawyer and before your DOP diagnosis conveniently disappears from your record. Better yet try to obtain a copy of that part of the record the same day. Then it cannot be disappeared when the subpoena arrives to obtain an official copy for court use. Quote:

| Dear Friends, If we wish copies of our healthcare records the mechanism, in the UK, is by way of the data protection legislation, (subject access, secondary legislation). The healthcare professionals will not delete part of an electronic healthcare record. A diagnosis of DOP may be painful, but it is not legally negligent. That does not mean it is necessarily true. The doctors genuinely believe it to be true, (some are no doubt beginning to think again, when they see a patient who calmly reiterates the most strange set of clinical features). The way to convince the healthcare professionals is by the legal route, and by the incorporation of testing that will demonstrate the presence of a possibly emerging disease. Such testing, and legal recognition, is what we should be organising ourselves to obtain. PCR of the agrobacteria would be a start. Check out Johns Hopkins patent of a test to demonstrate chitin in the scalp, Meanwhile, consult a registered practitioner who believes in this. The time has past to buy possibly dangerous and overpriced home remedies. I have respect for TCM doctors in this. |

| Hello Isadora, Pleased to meet you. You mentioned "Check out Johns Hopkins patent of a test to demonstrate chitin in the scalp" Have you tried this yourself? I was looking into suppliers of calcofluor white the other day. Jo |

| It does not stand to reason that the number of people with this disease could ALL be delusional. How stupid do "they" (whoever they are) think we are. I still think something is not right. I still think it is known what this is but is being kept behind closed doors. It is too queer that everyone gets the same tx from a Dr. Someone/s somewhere know/s what this is and it is being kept hidden. I could be wrong but that is my opinion. However,I wonder if all Drs. are aware of it because I went to the Dr for my yearly physical and she was not at all afraid to touch me, neither was the student Dr. These are the ones who may contract this disease from their patients. I cringe when they put the blood pressure thing on my arm; just knowing how many other arms it has been on,
