Those above and:

Kritters
Buggedout2
the guy from Australia (can't remember his name)
Natalie

and many more new/old members who felt they weren't important or "smart" enough to contribute, or got scrutinized for their beliefs in what they thought was helping them get better. Or got slammed because some members here didn't believe their story.

I remember how I was tested by questions when I first became a member on this board four years ago. Even back then, I had to prove myself as a "Morgie" Please, let's be fair.

Give people a chance to explain what is going on with their "Morgellon's" experience before we jump on them. If I were new to this disease right now, this site would be very intimidating & I would hesitate to reach out for help on this site.

Come on everyone!!! We need to welcome anyone who has this disease. Let's help them.

We aren't so special or elite, a lot of people suffer from this. I wish I had never met "Morgellons", but it will be a part of my life forever.

I am healthy now, not "cured, and will always be a member of the "MDR" board to support anyone who needs help.

In the white light,
~jonsi

Yes, Kritters did spend her time intimidating people. She pm'd a lot of people wanting to give members a hard time just for the sake of it. Something about superior intellects. She was banned.

You're not talking about the same Australian guy who tried to get people to use stuff made for pools, are you? Franky had to ban him too, right?

Elite isn't exactly a word to be used with anyone suffering from M so it's weird people would even try. Why not just focus with dealing with this?

If someone gives a secure/unsecure link with a sales commission code they are going to be pointed out. Where the "jumping" happens is when that person starts swearing and calling people names because he or she feels they could lose their livelihood. Normal exchange means people don't take offense if someone thinks they have a problem with a product but the way of the commercial seems to be the trend now. They can always try to sell on google groups if they want to sell somewhere for free.

Are you mad because I passed on someone's email? They probably don't care anymore. Or are they here?

Xiblanque. He was so nice to me when I was new and is a goldmine of good, common sense recommendations.

Janice came back; was glad of that.

I post regularly but generally don't have clue what's going on here. I didn't even know Franky was gone. Is Carla gone? See? I'm so not cool.

Many old members from this board are very busy posting on another board. (It's not lymebusters.)

The information & research they are doing is incredible!

Kritters called me tonight & she is still very active in trying to figure out what "M" is. I know she was banned for 30 days. At one time she got mad at me too, but we have to work through our differences, and we did. She is one smart lady!

I think talking to each other on the phone would get rid of the in-fighting here. One on One...

Niecy & I decided to go the first convention in Austin in 2007 so we could meet in person. She was so much fun to hang out with, and our lesions were identical... I still talk to her too. She is doing good. I met Gwen there too.

I met buggedout2 two years ago when we my family went on vacation to the East Coast. Such a beautiful lady! My daughter & I had dinner with her in Washington, DC.

For me, having "Morgellons" is a blessing in a way. I never would have met any of these people...

I don't know how many of you have had the opportunity to meet with fellow "Morgellons" sufferers. But I think it is good to reach out to each other and talk on the phone with each other. Who knows, we might be able to meet each other in person some day.

Once you talk to someone on the phone & share stories, you know what is going on with your fellow morgie... this is real!

Peace, love

Well thanks for the kind comment Metoo, I don’t get on here much what with hospital appts, sorting new hen sheds etc etc although after the appt with cancer guy yesterday am wondering if there is any point in getting new sheds.LOL
Anyway I was talking to someone who doesn’t post on here now and she said after reading some things she had to wonder ‘where is the love’ on the site. She thought that there just wasn’t any. It’s easy when you have morgs to become fixated on stuff. There is no doubt it affects reason and sometimes some people don’t even realise that is what is happening to them and think that they are being rational when in fact they aren’t. This happened with kritters, jonsi. She was great for a long time then she went OTT and was so very nasty to many people, even the completely new people who had just joined. The private msgs were totally out of order.
I would suggest that everyone needs to take COQ10 100mgs which helps brain function. And before posting stop and think. Just think. Twice. Take a deep breath count to 10. Of course there are people who one will disagree with but try to do it respectfully not get personal and insulting. This is not what MDR was about. Is it good for the person you are posting to, and is it good for the board in general. There are certain posts from certain people I never read. Try doing that. If you know someone winds you up just don’t read them. Focus on giving help to new people or pointing them in the right direction of past posts (TCM being excellent at this) which will help them with treatment.
Baraks idea of GSE was posted on here some years ago and it does work so does Hyd peroxide 35%. So does TCM Chinese herbs. There are many things that do help. It’s a case of trying what you can afford and see what works for you. There are many variations of this illness not everyone is the same.
Please take this on board
