 L-lysine
As I was looking up more information on Val trex,I read to take up your lysine level to 4,000 mg after I take the Val trex and the cipro Im supposed to drink alot of water with it.The L-Lysine I take are 600 mgs each again after taking the prescription meds when I urinate there are alot of bubbles the first time and after that normally not so many now I tale 2 L-Lysine tablets 4 times a dy and then as I urinate there are alot of bubbles so I believe it is having a good effect,had I had this knowledge before I would have taken 4,000 mgs a day before I hope this helps................love terri
