I meant to say that Judge McClain was previously himself a District Attorney.

I think that the State District Attorneys could be written to regarding this judgement.

I am impressed also by the tenacity and strength of character shown by Martha Mary Coakley, Attorney General, Commonwealth of Massachusets.

Surely she would see the logic , viz. if Judge McClain opined thus, there must be something worth investigating, and reason to help the citizens affected within her jurisdiction.

Those who live there should consider asking her this very question.
