I have several friends that are African American who have "Morgellons"! It seems that their symptoms are even worse than others. I know a man in Albuquerque, NM.

Another one of my African American friends believes she & her family got this "M" from an African woman who left a brand-new looking mattress on the curb...

I live in New Mexico & my "friend" lives in DC. I met her here on this MDR site 2 or 3 years ago (buggedout2), and last year while I was visiting DC I got to meet her in person & we had a wonderful dinner together, along with my daughter Natalie . (Natalie is helping me write this & she added the smiley!)

So yes, this "M" affects everyone!!! It doesn't matter what color your skin is. Same blood!

Well, I never saw a colored person yet with this, i have seem the loss of pigmentation, white sploches all over and the most common thing, pimples all over the forhead, I developed those and disolved them away with hydrogen peroxide!!!

Back to the real deal here, its wonderful to think now the people with totally destroyed lives will at least not end up laying in the streets!!

We need ALL of us to bring this/see if we can expand upon what the case does/use it do more if we can get around any limitations - I'd be doing it, too but I struggled and worked...That's OK, I'm lucky and blessed I was well enough to do so.

The more on 'official' record we can do w/this and use it to expand, the more walls it's going to knock down for the REST of what needs done!

The walls are crumbling, I can just feel it - there's more HOPE every single day!

Share it, post it elsewhere, spread it like a smart b - the more, the merrier, I sincerely hope it can be precedent for even those in other countries, I don't know how that all works. I'm just hopin' it WILL! (maybe other countries attys' can call Yelinda and they can start a Morg advisement srvc over the phone to coach - let's take this to the MAX!)

This can be protocol money to get BETTER, too! No ONE should have to wait to get better from the Morg, we have been suffering LONG enough! We need IT out of us, toot-sweet.

you know, its easier to get disabilty if your mental than anything else, i know people that have hurt their backs, have MS, serious problems, but if you apply for SSI/disabilty because your mental, you have a better chance.. i dont know why this is, just what ive noticed..

Hi,
I think it is one more way to humiliate you if you won't give up trying to get on disability. I always felt if your hurt and there is nothing else you can do (you cannot work) then you gotta do what you gotta do. You have to hold your head high no matter how they tag you. I thought I remembered reading about Dragonfly a while back. It is wonderful she won her case on the merits of morgellons disease.

Not working is not an option for me right now. I wear a lot of long sleeves and never wear skirts. I am the one who makes the most money in the family (and I teach school which means my income is slightly above poverty level). The school district here has made sure my husband could not get his certificate back because he challenged the legality of his not being offered a contract. He has a part time job. We have a grown son with a developmental disability, so we need to be in a city where there are services for him. I am so exhausted. I live for days off so that I can rest and do more home treatments. This case is fantastic news. I may not last much longer with the fatigue and everything else.

I went in with pride dignity and MORGELLONS I wasnt going to settle for anything other than a decision based on Morgellons! Trisha and John my (Attorney & RN. Advocate) I couldnt have done it without them, there support and know how!!!!

I could say if we did not step into WW2 you would be speaking german now, but you are aren't you. Even though this country is in trouble and the polititians are nothing more than a pack of weasels that have sold there souls for 30 pieces of silver, it is still a good country. Direct your sueing towards the powers that be, CORPORATIONS, they are the ones with the 30 pieces of silver, not the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Mercy on the service men that are still dying from that Asian war from THIS disease, not the lie the government started, it was not AGENT ORANGE sickness. Agent orange dioxin contact may have helped with the ferocity of the symptoms but the real cause, what we now call MORGELLONS. I know because I had it then and I am no dummy that takes the doctors word that its normal, not 10 days before now it wasn't, how the hell did I get so NORMAL in ten days, itching, exzema, red bumps all over me, there were others that looked much worse, one soldier at the hospitol was screaming and crying he could not go home looking like this.


This man was a total lesion mess. I was LUCKY my situation got better things cleared up most of my life I was fine except for a touch of dermatitus and itching now and again, mostly in the ears.

Tonight I was out, I noticed a young fellow in a group of people digging into his ears, I asked, ears itching inside, he said yes, he also said he had been to the doctor, ANTIBIOTICS were the doctors answer. This is all doctors usual answer. the young fellow went on to tell me of ear ringing and sinus problems. That is all he has, no lesions yet, but I am afraid over time he will be like I was, so what is the culprit, I think it is time and health situations.


Last but not least, katinka if you really want to sue someone, you may have to sue either Japan for starting this, or Red China for using it on our deployed soldiers in Asia, by way of prostitutes, or hell just sue the prostitutes.

Then again sue nature as it may be its awful way of ridding the planet of what really os the problem, Mans arrogence never leaving nature to do its job. Antibiotic, steroids and chemicals wer not meant to be as a staple to our diets and health protocall/

So, thus far: I've heard of/talked to at least 3 ppl that now live in other countries - I'm not sure if this can pertain to you but if yours was a U.S. Contraction, I hope you'll call! Please let us know.

This isn't suing the government, BO. I'm a foe off too many that could work and are tricking the system, working under the table/avoiding child support and we that work like dogs pay via taxes for their SSDI and govt-assisted health care.

I'm a big fan of work and paying your own way.

Morgellon's is totally different. The system itself put us in this position and I can tell you why: Treatment Money. Everybody that has the Morg even those unknowing (lot more than Morgies), those on SSDI for mental/DOP misdiagnoses, all these incorrect diagnoses - if they're on SSDI, they're likely on govt assisted Health Care. Even those just on health care assistance, not SSDI are getting treated w/constant Pharma and Flu Vax, for life vs. cured and healed (you know they would sample stuff on the disadvantaged via the system just like they do w/soldiers)...They get TREATED via system dollars, that taxpayers fund - another Big Pharma Cash Cow Fundraiser.

Everybody calling these attys, to me (I don't know them, I'm not affiliated, I make no money), means:

- Nobody would 'officially' count us: here's a way to get the #'s we need on the MAP and finish working around the Centers for Disease Cover Up to get Morgellon's OUT & into the light (we need to make an impact, on official documentation - to try to get the new contracted rate slowed, if not stopped. We HAVE to try to protect others from going through what we did.)
- How much $ have we all lost messing around w/treatments and cleanses, for years, think about what we've all done and tried and spent on topicals alone prior to finding our protocol of choice?

I hope ALL Morgies will call if they haven't been able to work, it's new so let's see what restrictions apply and we'll list them, but let's try to EXPAND upon what this ruling will do.
But really, I'm not wanting more ppl that don't need to be on the system stay on the system, forever.

People have successful protocols in front of there faces. There is no reason to not get better.

So, I hope that this is repayment for the past honest lost of income and then protocol money, the rest of the time off you need to heal and then:

We need to be counted, but it's time to take our lives back and get back to work! But we've got to help protect new Morgies from Contraction, for now this is one of the ways we need to get #'s on the map.

-Dragon: wondering if you can black out some of the more personal details and please post the ruling? It sounds like Robin's atty might be helped w/it, if he can show that judge the wording in that ruling, it might help her case right now - Maybe even PM it to her, she's got kids and that could put her own case over the top!
Besides, you know seeing the Justice Lantz' wording will bring a tear to the eye of anyone who was denied
I just think it will give a lot of folks sooooo much hope for the progess we have made & can make w/this right now. Sorry for asking, but it made me cry and it will mean so much for these folks to get to see it!!!
