Question hair color change

Hello from sunny Ga.

I told all of you about my funny red hair...well the redness is disappearing! I had this almost artificial looking hair around the ear. Very shiney and red. My hair color is not what it was, but the red is going away and being replaced with what should be grey, but looks a little blond instead! Weird stuff with this "M".

I don't know if it is the treatment that is changing my hair color or what. I don't mind being blond again, but this is not natural!

My symptoms are much better than they were a year ago. Just want these darn things to go away! Fight on! DD

A reddish tint to the hair, according to the Chinese, may signal a person who is suffering from the effects of malnutrition and a poor diet. I think that this infection can have such effects on us. From posts here it sounds as if many of us start paying greater attention to diet after we become ill (I am not saying your diet was poor before becoming ill, to allay any misunderstanding). Perhaps after we start paying improved attention to diet our bodies can handle what the disease itself takes away from us nutrition wise (in other words there is some nutrition left for our bodies too when we pay attention to what we eat and whatever is causing the illness does not get it all!). Anyway, perhaps you are getting more nutrients funneled to where it rightfully belongs and your hair is fading from red to blonde. At last a good symptom from Morgs, free hair color. Sorry, bad joke, but I think we have to laugh to keep from getting depressed about what happens with our disease.

I would agree that many/most of us our probably having problems properly digesting nutrients from food. Illnesses like this often go hand in hand w digestive/gut problems. I thought I was good in that area, but I just noticed this morning (too gross to tell you how) that I need to add some additional digestive enzymes w every meal at leat for now.

About the hair, that was one of the big things w me. It never turned red. but at first it seemed to keep alternating colors from BLACK, to WHITE, to a weird color in between. Then it stopped changing so abruptly and I was stuck w black roots. When I pulled the hairs out the roots looked creepy black and weirdly bent. I would put them on clear tape and could see little black dots trying to run away until they got caught in the tape and were stuck.

Several things helped. And I always imagine what a skeptic would say to any of my complaints, i.e., "Those are just your roots turning dark because you are getting older." I knew it couldn't be that tho, because they felt weird and it was like black goo in there.

I kept thinking when I did VERY HOT FIR right next to my head that it turned blonder again. And yesterday I made it blonde again! I've repeated that little experiment on myself enough times to feel that the FIR gets rid of the black roots (that aren't really black roots, but rather black M goo infection). IT's not all the way gone, but it is turning to a more normal color.

I've seen many ppl here write about the weird hair color changes. I had the moving hair fibers and itching. And I was bit by what I now know was a tick on my head. I think that area became super infected in my case.
