Default Lets Talk Now

Just seems like there should be a place to post what's on your mind right now.
In case someone needs to talk right now.

Today I am anticipating my Eye Exam tomorrow. I have yellowish ? in the whites of my eyes.

What's up with you ?

So anyway, I was about to take this dog dewormer Praziquantel and I read that if you have Parasites in your eyes don't take them ! I have to make sure first ! I suspect the eye dr will send me to another dr for tests on my liver or something. I have been avoiding finding out something is wrong with me, Other then Morgellons, But I'm Ready Now.I think ?

Bee -

You can use "Support" option about halfway down, the first forum under "General" for this, or the Shout Box if it's not too long.

Yellowing of the eyes is very suggestive of liver damage (bilirubin).

Liver problems are common with Morgies - probably because of the toxins involved with this. Don't take anything that will tax your liver until you've been evaluated.

OK, I see it now, thanks

My eyes aren't yellow, it looks like a yellowish slightly tangled string the size of packing string, between the inside corner and the blue iris. I'll post about when I find out. Not sure if I should mention Morgellons. I want to warn him but not sure if I should ? This is why I waited, I hate to get Close to people, in case it's contagious. I don't know ?

Bee,

Don't worry about 'warn'ing the doctor. He's already been alerted to this, you can betcha and will probably feign ignorance.

I'm amazed (not really) that eye doctors think 'floaters' (the black/gray particles that float around in the eyes of some of us) are NORMAL. My doc said mine were result of retinal detachment (normal in aging people) I'm only 61 young (he's older than I am and doesn't seem to have any floaters) Nope! No retinal problem here! What's yer next guess, doc?

i don't know, the last eye doctor i went to 6 yrs ago, said i had a bug in my eye. I giggled, he said " no really people have bugs in their eyes " I didn't say anything. I had no idea. He is retired now.
And Friday I tried to make an appointment with one I figured might just know about Morgellons because he is a teacher at a university here in Florida.
Well I described my condition to the nurse without saying worm or morgellons.
She thought I should see the Dr right away, so she said she will call me back when she talks to the Dr. Then 2 hours later a different woman called back to say the Dr said " you should see someone ASAP, but he will be out of town all week " I think he knows very well it's Real. I find it hard to believe he's gonna be out of town this week. They referred me to the ER for the eye dr on call. He didn't even want to refer me to any one dr.
The Dermatologist I went to never heard of Morgellons, I asked him if any of his other patiences mentioned Morgellons, he said No, and theres only a few derms in the area.Maybe he didn't get The Memo from CDC coz he's a DO and not board certified ? But yeah if they don't believe in parasites, they don't know didly.

Hey, Bee...this is great material for joke book for stand up comedy! Rodney Dangerfield would have pulled it off well.

Or it could be part of an introduction to a book called, "the Morgellons Guide to Making Friends and Influencing People".

Yeah, the lady that called me back sounded like Ms.Swan from Mad TV.
Really she did ! " just go to ER, they have eye dr on call, go to ER now "
I said " It doesn't seem that bad, I don't want to pay for ER, I don't have that good of Ins. " she say " Dr say go now, he be out of town "
