Starflower oil

Hi...I'm taking Starflower oil capsules to try & oil skin from inside as legs & arms so dry & callassed, has anyone got any ideas of anything that would be any better than Starflower oil to oil skin from inside, I'm a dried up on stick!!! Spots

Never done heard've Starflower oil, have to say. Or Starflowers. Sheltered childhood I guess. Why not use coconut and olive oils? From the inside AND on the outside? Don't forget the garlic!!!

Hi Kritts.... good idea about coconut oil after reading post about it & googleing about it.

Re Garlic: pig that I am, I ate a whole jar of green olives stuffed with garlic between last night & today, yum, but surely Garlic does'nt oil the skin, does it?!!! Have a bottle of extra virgin olive oil, think I'll go & have a glug!!!....Spots...

Hi again Starfloweroil is very good for you, it has loads more gamma linic acid than evening primrose oil, it is AKA as Borage....Spots...

Spots, while you're glugging, you might as well do the olive oil/ lemon treatment (I'd add sea salt and maybe some raw apple cider vinegar) I don't have the link handy, but maybe someone else will!
