I know exactly what you're talking about. I think the blood blister thing is a beginning lesion and the "lump" is the head of the nematode. They are usually within an inch to 2 inches away from each other.
My advice (if you choose to take it - if not, that's OK too, of course) -
Push on the lump (not the blood blister) until you feel it start to collapse. Keep pushing - it takes a few minutes sometimes. You have to push hard. You will be killing the head of the nematode and this will prevent it from continuing to form the lesion.
It may start up again in 2 to 3 weeks at which point you push on it again.
If you feel a biting or sting sensation in a certain point, push there and try to kill the head. Where you feel the biting sensation, push hard on that spot. That goes for other areas too even if there is no blood blister.
I have been using this "pushing" method and have been having really good success with it. I have kept any more lesions from developing.
I also take Vit. C, salt, Pau D'Arco and magnesium among other supplements.
Good luck, Kritts.
Usually you will feel pain (like small chards of minute broken glass) if you're right on the head.
