Sleep And Healing Of The Body

We all notice with Morgellons Disease how difficult it can be to sleep. Especially when bitten or stung. Does anyone notice how when not able to sleep how much lesions look? Also that if they do sleep they seem to improve some?

I sleep now but not regular as far as when I go to sleep. I use to sleep in the beginning as little as 30 minutes and for a time had little to no dream (REM) sleep.
