| I always find your posting pretty good, this time you gave me a calander for life, you have shown me by the 2012 chart there are about 1454 days left on Earth. That means I can still enjoy, 1454 sunrises, if risen in time, 1454 sunsets if I do not go blind, 4392 meals if I eat three a day, trips to the toilet can be cut down with the use of adult diapers, but this may also cut down on your love life. This is good, I kinda like the amount of time this calander gives us all, I was kinda afraid of dying tomorrow from some complication of this malady. Maybe I could possible find a woman that has love in her heart, then god only knows how many times there could be love in the air. Well we will give that six months or less, 3 x a day, hmmmmm, sounds like a plan. Now I gotta go and get a big piece of paper make 1454 squares and start crossing them off. |

| Some people tend to stick with what the government tell us and others break out and see the truth of the situation. The things we are taught don't exist or are the ramblings of mad men really do exist but we are told from the day we're born, ''We are just minds in bodies on a big round thing in Space and the only certainty is death.'' If you accept this your sane and well balanced. Well I don't accept it so I must be mad. ![]() |

| Yes Carla anyone that throws bs into occupied areas instead of going in and taking out the cancer, surgicly removing the perpatrators are cowards. America does the same and it kills many more, if a huge jet flew by and killed my children and wife, I would also be on a mission, hate breeds hate. The Jews have been tollerant in many ways America has never been! Talk softly but carry a big stick, has certainly been replaced with CARRY A BIG STICK. It is the norm people that are always murdered are people like us, that always have found comfort in the smile of a genuine person no matter what race, or religion. I don't give one didley doo about who or what your religon is, the fact of the matter is I just hope you find the good words in the book. If you want to compare scripture they all say primarilly the same, guide your manner as you would like others to guide theirs. THEN COMES GOVERNMENT, or should we say MONEY!! The stooges stand inline like starving animals for finacial rewards to betray those they swore to protect. Innocent men women and childrens lives are what is always for sale. The idea, if you want to make alot of money, you have to kill alot of people. JUDAS is a name that comes to mind.Last edited by Baraka Obam#2; January 6th, 2009 at 01:22 PM. |

| It is impossible for Israel not to incur civilian casualities in the Gaza Strip. War is war. It is not an exercise in surgery. If their enemy makes it impossible to prevent civilian casualties by deliberately putting its own population at risk as described in this article, well, war is war. I believe miracles can happen, but trying not to hit civilians, given this scenerio, would be hard for any nation to achieve. Mitchell Bard: Hamas Is Responsible for the Civilian Casualties in Gaza Hamas made the decision to fire rockets at Israeli civilians on a daily basis, even after Israel completely pulled out of Gaza (and violently uprooted some of its own citizens in doing so). It is ludicrous to believe that Israel would sit back and accept the daily attacks on its civilians without reacting. It seems clear that Hamas's rocket fire was intended to bring upon an Israeli offensive, a strategic decision to draw the Israelis into Gaza so that the Israelis could suffer casualties and, more importantly, to push international opinion and pressure against Israel. Further, Hamas has used mosques, schools, private residences and even hospitals as locations to manufacture, store and launch weapons at Israel and hide its leaders. By placing what are obvious military targets in civilian areas, Hamas put its own people at risk. By choosing tactical advantages over the safety of its citizens, the terrorist organization chose its military goals over the safety of its fellow Palestinians in Gaza. Hamas is clearly far more interested in self-preservation and doing the bidding of its sponsor, Iran, than it is in actually making the lives of its people any better. Surely a peaceful settlement to the conflict with Israel and the creation of two side-by-side states would be the quickest path for Palestinians to improve their day-to-day lives. The post-Oslo period represented a high point for Palestinian civilians, both in their economic development and their aspirations for their own independent state. But Hamas isn't interested in such a result. Rather, Hamas is single-mindedly focused on destroying Israel, no matter the effect on Palestinian civilians. Don't believe me? On Meet the Press yesterday, David Gregory read an excerpt from a book by panelist Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic, who wrote about Nizar Rayyan, the Hamas leader who was killed by Israel during the current offensive (along with at least two of his four wives, but notice how Al Jazeera described him as dying with "14 members of his family," failing to note the fact that he had four wives). Goldberg, who had interviewed Rayyan, wrote: "The question I wrestle with constantly is whether Hamas is truly, theologically implacable. That is to say, whether the organization can remain true to its understanding of Islamic law and God's word and yet enter into a long-term nonaggression treaty with Israel. I tend to think not, though I've noticed over the years a certain plasticity of belief among some Hamas ideologues. ... There was no flexibility with Rayyan. This is what he said when I asked him if he could envision a 50-year hudna (or cease-fire) with Israel: `The only reason to have a hudna is to prepare yourself for the final battle. We don't need 50 years to prepare ourselves for the final battle with Israel.' There is no chance, he said, that true Islam would ever allow a Jewish state to survive in the Muslim Middle East. `Israel is an impossibility. It is an offense against God.' ... What are our crimes? I asked Rayyan. `You are murderers of the prophets and you have closed your ears to the Messenger of Allah,' he said. `Jews tried to kill the Prophet, peace be unto him. All throughout history, you have stood in opposition to the word of God.' Can Israel achieve deterrence with someone like that?" There is more information on this page, but I will not post it all because it is a long article. BTW, BO, I hope you have finally figured out that I am not Kritts or Carla.

| I want to go home , I want to go home, I want to go home, and so said Dorthy, I am gonna try it now, I was magicly wisked away to the end of time . TCM you metioned in your post about the 2012 thing in this forum when I saw it, that compelled me to think of all I could do in that time. It was just the sight of 2012 as I did not read the whole article about it, figured it was about the same old end of the world thing. I wore a T shirt for 10 years that said (The end is coming) It wore out and so have I, LOL. If you feel I was busting on you I was not, your posts fill a void, some posts are all positive yours are the other side, what if its wrong. There always has to be a why and a why not. Many times it is money that pushes products or ideas and nothing else. There is somthing sure, no matter how many natural and unconventional things I have tried my health NEVER got worse then when the doctors had me on their MERRY GO ROUND. Ok lets all sing a song, how about |

| BO, if you think I am supporting the 2012 theory, better look again. I am presenting a different viewpoint--that is why this thread has "a different view" as part of the title. No, this thread (my part at least) is not the same old same old about 2012 predicting the end of the world on a chosen date which to me is a very negative thought and scares many people unnecessarily. I find it positive to post hopeful information (no one knows the time the world might end) and not predictions which could lead to despair (the world either will end in 12/21/12 or else suffer some other cataclysmic event).

| The Israel government put Teenagers, who won't join the military because they object to the slaughter, in prison. I think they deserve a medal myself. Can you imagine the bravery that must take. |
