| Good Idea Mat. I use music all the time. It really helps with pain and when not feeling well to "center" one's self. I have this belief that the mental, the physical the spiritual must be balanced to feel good. I will add the scientific research shows music actually alters brainwaves and that patients who have cancer, etc benefit from the healing power of music. Yes Morgellons disease also dislikes vibration. Try a 20 dollar set of computer speakers with a subwoofer! N0ow there are two ways to use music I find. Energy as in get up and go and for motivation, and more soothing to help with pain and to balance the self with. I will add even angry music can be good at times if one is frustrated to vent so to speak, cry whatever. This section is soothing tunes or for when upset or in pain. Ones I use for centering myself. | Music played a very large role in my life, especially during the "wind up" of Morgellons. The night came a year ago where my sound system wouldn't work and other parts of this nightmare came crashing down. I can't go into all the details, but since that time I haven't been able to listen to music anymore. The emotion it stirs up completely overwhelms me and I can't regain my equilibrium. Just one more thing I so loved that was stolen from me. I hope the m-f'ers who created and dispersed this thing are pleased with their project. In the end, Perfect Justice will be served. SS |
