How to know when a lesion is cleaned out?

Yes when the plug or bean is gone then it will heal!

I have them on my bottom trying to clean them out I dont know how they are spreading to my face all around my lips at night, I feel them in my hair, moving around ,cleaned one out with oil ,felt a stab in my foot,spreading everywhere now.
