Pat needs help please

Ok I am totally useless and know nowt about computers.I have been sent an email that has some info in it and asked to put it on the site.I have copied it (to wherever copies go) now can anyone tell me the stages I go through to put it on the site.
Sorry to be a doylem but I was only good at 3 things....and pc's wasn't one of em!!

Hey Pat,

If it was a link they sent, just right click on it and then 'copy' then start a thread or just include it in any of your posts, hit 'paste' and it will appear in your post.

It it was something you could read in print, just highlight the area you want to copy, again right click on copy then paste into your post.

If you don't want to right click, you can go highlight, go up to file, copy, then file paste in your post.

Hope that makes sense to ya.

(anything you want to highlight, just put your curser on the first word and as you click, hold the mouse down and drag through the entire area you want and it'll be highlighted)

Pat if your still having troubles, you can sent me the link or info and I can post it for you. But you should practice, as this need comes up quite often.

Thanks for that Franky,I got it on in the end.Yes I would practise many things on the pc if I had the time,unfortunately I never have the time,what with all the probs here by the time i get to the pc am well n truly tired out.
