What my Dr said about why we have morgellons disease

Many years ago I had been bitten by a tick, I remember it well I was very sick I saw the tale tell bullseye rash it was on my stomach, and although I knew what it was I showed my husband the site on my stomach I asked him if this is what we had recently saw on the news,he said he didnt think so so that was that I didnt do anything further about it after a while the flu like symptoms had went away and the rash and after a few month I thought no more about it and I thought Id be okay. when a child in the family was born I remember we were there at the birth, before the baby was washed they out the baby in the babybed with wheels they turned their attention back to the mother they had wiped him off but had not bathed him yet, I reached out my hand to touch and admire him he was beautiful the same time I touched him I felt a crawling itching spot on my cheek, it persisted for many many months into a year and more but although it spread it was still on my cheek, I told my family about the experiance but they blew it off and I knew they didnt believe me, I knew I was right though and was concerned about her and the baby although for awhile everything seemed ok with them then he starts getting a rash and the dermatoligst says it is atopic dermatitis, although looking back now I dont think so, it has gotton alot worse now and although then it was just on my face it is the same. I remember then even though I knew when I got it, I later told myself it was a ring worm because it was in one round spot on my face then spreading to the sides at my hairline it had broken up, The babys mother spends alot of time with her grandmother and she later gave me a purse from the grandmother, that had the biting hellish beginning of morgellons disease I also heard later that the grandmother has Alzheimer's, the mother also has a very hard time with her sinuses I wonder does she have cpn? I also have read that atopic dermatitis is not transferred through birth the child still gets the rashes and I have spoken to the parents about this they have agreed to have the child tested but for what the cpn? if so what about the rash? I have asked the mother that takes her grandmother to the Dr appointments to get her tested for lymes, although they havent, all of this is very frustrating. I live in SC. When I got enough money to seek a Dr. I got the list from Bubba, I chose a Dr in NY because he is very familar with morgellons disease, he is also the first vice president of (ILADS). The reason I chose him is because they are very familar with Morgellons disease. There I met a very wonderful Dr, They ran tests 19 vials of blood they took,and since I had been give some meds including doxy from my Dr at home the lymes didnt show up in the Lymes test as would have suited the cdc the coinfections of lymes disease did show up. with morgellons disease we have a hard time explaining it and finding people that believe us,when I got the results of the test I was excited and I gotta say happy,not that I had the Lymes but I had the proof I wasnt crazy, but nit wasnt just lymes also Hyperthyroidism level is 0.1, he found heart problems with the extra beat which I went to the cardioligst here ,he didnt think it was anything to worry about, my Dr in NY was angry about this finding saying that he was wrong, I have read that this problem can be caused by the thyroid, I hope thats what it is my goiter in my neck is badly swollen and I have tests coming up for 2 days in a couple of weeks on my goiter, I am hoping all of this is being caused by the lymes, for which I am getting treatment, I know my gp here says ill feel alot better when I get my thyroid fixed that the tests will show what to give me for it I asked the Dr in NY how I got Morgellons, he told me that they believe that it is a coinfection of lymes disease which to me it makes sense, is it possible the grandmother has lymes disease that is even more advanced than mine and that her body now emits this disease that now tranfers to any objects she touches? Also she doesnt have morgellons so I dont know I do know that she bought the purse new she carried it for a month and she trade out for another new one. HAVE A GREAT DAY!............Terri

Do you think maybe that you should also have a herpies test Terry, these two may work hand and hand together. What is your description of Morgellons anyway Terri. I really don't get what Morrgellons is yet, there is no test for it and it has so many maladys attributed to it. I tested positive for lymes, am I therfore a limy. I just have to wonder which way to go. Don't worry about the child as of yet, there is nothing to be done but wait, don't burden the people with constant info, just send them an email explaining Lymes disease symptoms and the misdiagnosis that are possible without getting a lymes test first, there is a list of 50 misdiagnosed diseases.

Why is it when you give out real good first hand info, (lymes disease)that the people will run exactly the other way and spend thousands and do untold harm to themselves and children when they could have just taken a SIMPLE BLOOD TEST. TESTING IS WHERE ITS AT. You know its pretty cheap for all this testing, if you have insurance. When they bring the baby in they should all go together and have the doctor write a script for three tests. Momma, Papa, and baby bear. You know, the baby right now has a strong enough immune system, DNA that it was not born with actual birth defects, even though we know there will be POSSIBLE hell to pay latter. without first a diagnosis what can anyone do. The lymes test is the best bet, maybe if caught at a young age the resulting influance apon the body will be minimal. Who knows!

Baraka Obam, I did test positive for Lymes disease,I had the Igenix test my Dr said I have borrelia, although I havent seen many black specks, I have morgellons everywhere, for a year they just did the crawling and Bubba said something to the effect that they were not adults well they are now,when I first came into contact with this it was biting my hand, thats when this nightmare started,Im not sure but I believe if they remain on a surface,which could be anywhere if they are not sprayed,killed then they become stonger,everyday they pick a new place to irratate such as Ive learned somedays when its on my palm my eye burns spray it it stops but resumes when I touch something else,last week it made my eyebrow twitch again when i sprayed off it stopped touch something else it resumed,it gets everywhere and sleeping without this thing crawling on me,is hard or it does other things it actually hurts,one night all into the night a plaxce morgellons came up on my hand and it itched really bad and the next night and a bump arose and was getting bigger iI bought some new skin a liquid bandage put it over it it went away I havent seen the fibers but I did feel what I heard someone say felt like hair rollled and rolled up in a knot under my skin and I show no sign of herpes except I used to get the kind on ones lips,so Im wondering why you mention herpes? love terri
