| Several strains of mycoplasma have been "engineered" to become more dangerous. They are now being blamed for AIDS, cancer, CFS, MS, CJD and other neurosystemic diseases. PATHOGENIC MYCOPLASMA A Common Disease Agent Weaponised There are 200 species of Mycoplasma. Most are innocuous and do no harm; only four or five are pathogenic. Mycoplasma fermentans (incognitus strain) probably comes from the nucleus of the Brucella bacterium. This disease agent is not a bacterium and not a virus; it is a mutated form of the Brucella bacterium, combined with a visna virus, from which the mycoplasma is extracted. The pathogenic Mycoplasma used to be very innocuous, but biological warfare research conducted between 1942 and the present time has resulted in the creation of more deadly and infectious forms of Mycoplasma. Researchers extracted this mycoplasma from the Brucella bacterium and actually reduced the disease to a crystalline form. They "weaponised" it and tested it on an unsuspecting public in North America. Dr Maurice Hilleman, chief virologist for the pharmaceutical company Merck Sharp & Dohme, stated that this disease agent is now carried by everybody in North America and possibly most people throughout the world. Despite reporting flaws, there has clearly been an increased incidence of all the neuro/systemic degenerative diseases since World War II and especially since the 1970s with the arrival of previously unheard-of diseases like chronic fatigue syndrome and AIDS. According to Dr Shyh-Ching Lo, senior researcher at The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology and one of America's top mycoplasma researchers, this disease agent causes many illnesses including AIDS, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn's colitis, Type I diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Wegener's disease and collagen-vascular diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimer's. Dr Charles Engel, who is with the US National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, stated the following at an NIH meeting on February 7, 2000: "I am now of the view that the probable cause of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia is the mycoplasma..." I have all the official documents to prove that mycoplasma is the disease agent in chronic fatigue syndrome/fibromyalgia as well as in AIDS, multiple sclerosis and many other illnesses. Of these, 80% are US or Canadian official government documents, and 20% are articles from peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of the American Medical Association, New England Journal of Medicine and the Canadian Medical Association Journal. The journal articles and government documents complement each other. http://www.nexusmagazine.com/articles/mycoplasma.html |

| Thanks Tara, nice post. Interesting that this mycoplasma is soluble, hence why in blood samples its missed - only being detected when it crystalises at a high pH (8.1). I wonder what further research has been done since 2001? Jo xx |

| It always amazes me when I read these sorts of reports that the people involved make statements such as: "I now have all the official documents to prove that mycoplasma is the disease agent in chronic fatigue syndrome/fibromyalgia as well as in AIDS, multiple sclerosis and many other illnesses." If these documents exist why are they not copied and published as proof of these sort of assertions? Surely to help others this information should be freely shared. Assuming the motivation is to help others and not sell information for profit? "The Special Virus Cancer Program, created by the CIA and NIH to develop a deadly pathogen for which humanity had no natural immunity (AIDS), was disguised as a war on cancer but was actually part of MKNAOMI.2 Many members of the Senate and House of Representatives do not know what has been going on. For example, the US Senate Committee on Government Reform had searched the archives in Washington and other places for the document titled "The Special Virus Cancer Program: Progress Report No. 8", and couldn't find it. Somehow they heard I had it, called me and asked me to mail it to them. Imagine: a retired schoolteacher being called by the United States Senate and asked for one of their secret documents! The US Senate, through the Government Reform Committee, is trying to stop this type of government research." If this person has a copy of this report why is it not quoted and shared with us? The only thing I have found so far about this document is a web site asking for $100 for a photocopy. So it appears that much of this sort of reporting might possibly be to sensationalize information and then profit from the sales of it.

| I agree tcm I also think that there are alot of researcher out there that might, just, might be on to something with their work. But i reckon many get too attached and close to their work to be at all objective....then they loose their credibility (if they had some in the first place) by publishing articles in conspiracy or sensational pubs and make BIG claims, as if they think its their best shot at getting noticed. Shame Maybe a good test is whether a topic stands the test of time or fades away. With Morgellons the voice is just getting louder and stronger . |

| I read somewhere that everyone in the world is infected with mycoplasma – how that came to be is anyone’s best guess but one would reckon that there is a reason they are called stealth pathogens. I have been conversing with J. Luke Lentz, MD-- Medical Director for Germ Slayer—http://www.germslayer.net—and it is his opinion that germslayer kills the nematode worm [hidden lung worm, Cryptostronylus pulmoni] that is responsible for a lot of chronic diseases such as Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia. Quote."I have treated Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia for the past 6 years. As you might be aware, these two entities are closely related tochronic mycoplasma infections, along with other infections such as chlamydia, herpes, epstein barr virus, and now borrelia burgdorferi or Lyme disease. Germ Slayer is a nanometer size particle of silver in full suspension, which allows it to penetrate these organisms to effect apoptosis or death. I have had patients over the past 6 years show significant improvement after using Germ Slayer. The size of these nematodes [hidden lung worm, Cryptostronylus pulmoni] is very large compared to the nanometer size of Germ Slayer. The particles of Germ Slayerpenetrate the walls of organisms by going through the phospholipid channels. Borrelia burgdorferi is 20,000 nanometers, about100 times larger than pulmoni. We have studies of 100% kill rate within 48 hours, when borrelia is combined with Germ Slayer My assumption would lead me to believe that Germ Slayer would also kill this nematode. I have used GS in hand held nebulizers for chronic bronchitis and asthma patients, with very good results." Unquote Today, over 100 documented species of mycoplasmas have been recorded to cause various diseases in humans, animals, and plants. Mycoplasma pneumonia as well as at least 7 other mycoplasma species have now been linked as a direct cause or significant co-factor to many chronic diseases including, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, "Nonetheless, mycoplasmas by themselves can cause acute and chronic diseases at multiple sites with wide-ranging complications and have been implicated as cofactors in disease. Recently, mycoplasmas have been linked as a cofactor to AIDS pathogenesis and to malignant transformation, chromosomal aberrations, the Gulf War Syndrome, and other unexplained and complex illnesses, including chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn's disease, and various arthritides." Mycoplasmas, unlike viruses, can grow in tissue fluids (blood, joint, heart, chest and spinal fluids) and can grow inside any living tissue cell without killing the cells, as most normal bacteria and viruses will do. MYCOPLASMAS ARE FREQUENTLY FOUND IN THE ORAL AND GENITO-URINARY TRACTS OF NORMAL HEALTHY PEOPLE AND ARE FOUND TO INFECT FEMALES FOUR TIMES MORE OFTEN THAN MALES, which just happens to be the same incidence rate in rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and other related disorders.(7) MYCOPLASMAS ARE PARASITIC IN NATURE AND CAN ATTACH TO SPECIFIC CELLS WITHOUT KILLING THE CELLS and thus their infection process and progress can go undetected. In some people the attachment of mycoplasmas to the host cell acts like a living thorn; a persistent foreign substance, causing the host's immune defense mechanism to wage war. This allergic type of inflammation often results in heated, swollen, and painful inflamed tissues, like those found in rheumatoid diseases, fibromyalgia and many other autoimmune disorders like lupus and MS, Crohn's and others. In such cases the immune system begins attacking itself and/or seemingly healthy cells. Some species of mycoplasmas also have the unique ability to completely evade the immune system. Once they attach to a host cell in the body, their unique plasma and protein coating can then mimic the cell wall of the host cell and the immune system cannot differentiate the mycoplasma from the body's own host cell. Mycoplasmas are parasitic in nature because they rely on the nutrients found in host cells including cholesterol, amino acids, fatty acids and even DNA. They especially thrive in cholesterol rich and arginine-rich environments. Mycoplasmas can generally be found in the mucous membrane in the respiratory tract. They need cholesterol for membrane function and growth, and there is an abundance of cholesterol in the bronchial tubes of the respiratory tract. Once attached to a host cell, they then begin competing for nutrients inside the host cells. As nutrients are depleted, then these host cells can begin to malfunction, or even change normal functioning of the cell, causing a chain reaction with other cells (especially within the immune and endocrine systems). Mycoplasmas can even cause RNA and DNA mutation of the host cells and have been linked to certain cancers for this reason. Mycoplasmas can also invade and live inside host cells which evade the immune system, especially white blood cells. Once inside a white blood cell, MYCOPLASMAS CAN TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE BODY AND EVEN CROSS THE BLOOD/BRAIN BARRIER, and into the central nervous system and spinal fluid. http://www.rain-tree.com/myco.htm |

| For years we in the CFS/FMS/MCS community hav*e been watching the reports of Gulf War Illness (GWI) knowing, instinctively, that we all had something in common. Not only do we all have common symptoms, but we may also be infected with common pathogenic organisms. That pathogen is a Mycoplasma. Various pathogenic strains have been identified including the fermentans (incognitus), penetrans, genitalium, hominis, and pneumoniae. And, we may be infected with several of these strains at one time. Following is a simple overview of the information I have gathered about this Mycoplasma pathogen and how it affects us. However, sometime over the past 30 years, the organism [mycoplasma] has been altered to become more lethal. The mycoplasmas found by the Nicolson’s, in their lab, contain unusual gene sequences that were probably inserted into the Mycoplasma by a specific laboratory procedure. This discovery has led them to conclude that the new forms of mycoplasma were specifically engineered for germ warfare. In it’s laboratory evolution, the Mycoplasmas have became more invasive, more difficult to find, and capable of causing severe diseases in humans. Diseases, like Gulf War Illness, CFS, FMS, MCS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and AIDS, for instance. http://www.chelationtherapyonline.com/anatomy/p111.htm |

| A mother’s story: http://www.whale.to/v/mycoplasma2.htm I have reviewed some of the records concerningRepresentative Edward Markey's 1986 report. It is titled "American Nuclear Guinea Pigs: Three Decades of Radiation Experiments on U. S. Citizens". Mr. Markey had presented his findings during the Reagan administration and it was ignored until President Clinton created the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments (ACHRE) through Executive Order on January 15, 1994. Mr. Markey's report has finally been recognized and more searching for the truth has been accomplished under this committee. The time frame of the experiments was from 1940's through 1974. It seems the same standards of rules concerning human experimentation we have today, existed then. So what is keeping these types of experiments from continuing? Honesty? Integrity? Common sense? The Markey Report is a good start to continue on in finding the truth of how U.S. citizens have been used without their knowledge. The ACHRE report concerns radiation experiments, but there are also biological, chemical and psychiatric experiments. The introduction of the ACHRE report seemed to have difficulty in trying to describe the different roles of the physicians who participated freely in the experiments. It states: "As physicians, they had a commitment to prevent disease and heal. At the same time, as government advisors, they were called upon to participate in making decisions to proceed with weapons development and testing programs that they knew could put citizens, soldiers, and workers at risk. As experts they were they were asked to ensure that the risks would not be excessive. And as researchers they saw these programs as an opportunity for gathering data." After reading this statement I realized this statement could have been written as a defense for Hitler's physicians/researchers/scientists to justify their actions against the Jewish people because they wore the same number of hats. They wore one as a physician, a government adviser, an expert and researcher. But they forgot about (and so did the ACHRE) the medical oaths which promise never to harm. How could a such an educated, prestigious group as the ACHRE omit "never to harm" which is the first oath a physician takes? I should mention the Veteran's Administration has granted 12 million concerning a mycoplasma trial for 20 VA institutions using Dr. Nicolson's protocol for Gulf War Illness. This was approved on October 22, 1998. |

| Testing the Dispersal Methods Documented evidence proves that the biological weapons they were developing were tested on the public in various communities without their knowledge or consent. The government knew that crystalline Brucella would cause disease in humans. Now they needed to determine how it would spread and the best way to disperse it. They tested dispersal methods for Brucella suis and Brucella melitensis at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, in June and September 1952. Probably, 100% of us now are infected with Brucella suis and Brucella melitensis.8 Another government document recommended the genesis of open-air vulnerability tests and covert research and development programs to be conducted by the Army and supported by the Central Intelligence Agency. At that time, the Government of Canada was asked by the US Government to cooperate in testing weaponised Brucella, and Canada cooperated fully with the United States. The US Government wanted to determine whether mosquitoes would carry the disease and also if the air would carry it. A government report stated that "open-air testing of infectious biological agents is considered essential to an ultimate understanding of biological warfare potentialities because of the many unknown factors affecting the degradation of micro-organisms in the atmosphere".9 http://www.nexusmagazine.com/articles/mycoplasma.html |

| Carla, this may not mean much to anyone else, but it sure got my attention. I only wish that I had research skills like yours. I have been dxed with CFS,FBM, and EBV, I can't remember all of your earlier post about Mycroplasma, but I am going to search all the links you posted, and see how this might be linked to me, and probably many others. I may not have made any sense in this post at all(been up all night, my daughter has broke out with a rash from head to toe), but I was just saying "Thank You", because as I said, I do not yet have great research skills(I am working on them) and what you are talking about here definitly relates to me.....thanks Niecy![]() ![]() Quote:
