No....you haven't missed much except there was a major discovery and a book is coming out. there was a mention of something called BRYOZOAN, or something like that, but none of us paid any attention since you weren't here so we didn't understand it. I think it was written by some kid just out of college. Yeah....Simon and Shuster advanced him five mill for the book. No biggie I guess.

So anyway.....GLAD YOU HAD A RESTFUL VACATION!!!!!!

Yes, nice and quiet Steve...this past day or so. Very peaceful, but may just be the peace before the storm. Speaking of storms it looks as if Northern California is being hit fairly hard with an Artic storm system. Hope you are not in that area.

Funny you mention that TCM because it just so happens I am right smack in the middle of it. Today was as bad as I've seen it in along time with very high winds, trees downed everywhere blocking roads, they're expecting like 10 feet of snow in the mountains just up the road from me, the worst of it is over in my neck of the woods though.

Brrrr! Well, glad you're okay--hope they get everything cleared up soon. Looks as if you are not among the million folks without power. I heard the power companies expect some to be without power for up to a week. Sounds like like the California equivalent of a hurricane. Hope all that snow doesn't cause flooding in the spring. The weather shifts since about 2004 seem to be dramatic worldwide.
