Default Toxic Metals and Chemicals in plastic

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/ar...chemicals.aspx

Interesting that TCM just posted about thoughts of how toxins attract critters (or something to the effect ;-) and then I was just sent my daily Dr. Mercola newsfeed.

If what is said is true about the US not even banning lead from plastic, we use a heck of a lot of plastic in this country!!!! I have to correct my response post in stating I had high level of iron when it was lead, and I'm thinking it's possible that when people use plastic containers for food and ESP. FOR MICROWAVING (which should be eliminated altoghether because of the carcinogenic effect plus negating nutritional components of food) this could be the reason.

Isn't it so much fun to have to use a hacksaw to get products out of that super plastic sealed packaging they use now???? In my neighborhood, they have begun a special recycle pick up for that packaging in ADDITION to regular recyclables!!!!

I guess I'll have to stop playing with my little toys, too..................bye Barbie
