| On Marc's web-site he explains that the 'White Spots' are the MIGRATING ORGANISUMS. I have literally hundreds of raised white blotches-spots. Does this mean those areas are still active or alive so to speak? Does anyone know if those will open up, or open again? Some healed lesions are still raised and white discoloration in the skin tone, usuallt with brown borders. Thanks for any help my brothers & sisters. This year for Thanksgiving I am thankful for WHAT I HAVE! NOT WHAT I DONT! |

| I too have had the white raised spots. Could very well be migrating organisms. I have spoken with Marc, he is pretty nice. I soak, is all I can tell you. With the boosted bath I posted on I use for lesions. I would rather soak the hard crusts then dig at them. In a tub I worry less about cross contamination that way. The boosted baths may be too strong for some, if so run more water. I double the salt, and throw in one to two fridge sized boxes of baking soda. The levels of either vinegar or peroxide stay the same. The last two nights needed a soak, It is okay to add about two cups table salt to a bath, or two round canisters it boosts whatever the oxygenation is in the hand dishwashing soap (yes salt CAN be mixed with Palmolive oxy plus dishsoap, anything else added negates it or can have a slight chemical reaction). Once the hard crusts are soaked off well get a giggle from this, but if get 10 percent provodone iodine concentrate for douches is equal roughly to the antiseptic qualities of a surgical scrub. I was also presribed (the generic) Silver Sulphadiazine cream, was told to fill the holes with it and cover in non latex bandaids. It must be applied with a Q-tip to prevent contamination of the tube and cross contamination of wounds. Stops it from hurting and helps the lesion to heal. The "boosted" baths seems to kill off the fungus and help the lesion crusts lift off, to where the method of iodine to clean, and fill the hole with cream helps. Takes some time, but reduces the pain and helps it to heal. Try to stay away from petroleum jelly bases in whatever cream helps, as from my experience harbors mold and seems to be too good of a growing medium for parasites. I hope somebody can find that cream online I have it is good. Hope this helps, (LC). |

| You are welcome but yes they do try to come back (since a weak area) or attack new area in some cases so do not get discouraged.Make sure you cover the filled hole with non latex bandaids. This is importat after filling the hole to keep the fake scab from coming back. Curad makes silver bandaids can get online cheap, let me know if interested in them, I will put up a link if yes. | I got out a "white thing" that was "glued" to the top of a facial skin pore. I nicked it open with a battery operated rotary callus remover from the foot care dept at walmart(about $14). This has such a tiny sanding head on it that it works perfect to open a stubborn lesion cover, or a white thing. I put baking soda on it and pressed into the nick, then was able to lift it out intact. It was perfectly round like a white pearl. If you will allow me to go with the bryozoan theory...it is a colony inside that has defended itself by emiting ooze or gel..and maybe even gone dormant. I disected it and it is hard to cut thru the ooze, sticky and slidy and goey. Inside it looks like a structure, still soft, with an outline and compartments, with muscles and organs...so, to me it fits the bryozoan theory best yet. But, i dont know how to classify it in that catagory. If only they really were pearls, we would be rich. |
