The past few days I have been on a mission......Fiber Control It must have been the sun shinning in on my floor register that caught my attention.....but I was horrified when I removed my floor register covers to find fiber city in the air ducts.....we don't have central air just heat so the registers have been silent and thank goodness......it was horriftying the amount of fibers in the air ducts......and behind the couch and behind book cases of all things it seems these fibers find a nice quiet place and grow..... when you try to sweep them up they fly into the air like trying to avoid the garbage can and so you must sweep very gently or get the vacumn out it the easier..... Fiber Control is not something I look forward to.....but it seems that if left alone in a nice quiet area these fibers will take over especially behind furniture and under the beds places you just don't tend too with every day cleaning.....and two adults and two four legged children all sick the fibers can get out of control real easy......I HATE the endless battle with this disease.....

Bugsick I am with you. This resurfaces and takes over. The areas that seemed to make the most difference in cleaning for my environment. The central air and heat vents We replaced the filters even though we dont use and covered them in plastic trash bags treated with peppermint oil. The refigerator under and behind Yuck! The dryer constantly gets packed, not in the vents or in the drum but all underneath and in the door panel. We have to remove the door to get in there and vacuume out. We do this about every two months and it looks like it was never done. My kitchen stays pretty clean, but I kept finding black mold in the dish drainer, this sounds like I am obsessing but the little plastic caps on the legs of the dish drainer were full of black mold, I pulled them off and threw away and no more mold in the kitchen. These areas keep it in your environment. When the dryer or refrigerator fan runs they blow it out and around your home. Michelle

Michelle yes, under the dryer and washer gets really bad......and haven't checked under the fridge in years.....YIKES went and checked my dish drainer and have the moldy feet too..... funny how this so called delusion can be repeated over and over by so many.....same everything from household problems to symptoms....... When the country falls economically from a nation of chronically ill maybe then they will do something besides supress everyone's immune systems.....to help overcome disease??? I never could figure out why?? the pharmaceuticals were ALL made to supress the immune system.....how can anyone get well doing that???..... Fiber Control is an endless battle....I get so discusted by it all....
