| I was reading the link you posted 2many. It is very interesting. I can't do a lot to change the world, but I do try. Mr. Crowder states in that article that commercial beekeeping is "hard" on the bees. This year I planted several flowering plants in my landscaping. I have a fair amount of bees, but what I have gotten a lot of is surprising, there is probably close to a dozen hummingbirds on my property this year, and I have never noticed having any before. I noticed that the gentleman said the crops were also affecting the hummingbirds and I was glad to know that I had by chance given home to that many. Niecy
