well, not long ago i saw somebody going into a church near my home. something told me to go in. they were having thursday mass (yeeah do not laugh, i was catholic when young). it is not so much the denomination but the feel of a place of worship to me, you know? i have attended many types of churches in the past. but was kind of like a warm blankie and a cup of cocoa from mom, ya know?maybye because i like holy water and candles, lol. i went in and lit a candle, boy so pathetic all i could put into the collection box was a nickel. then i caught the tail end of mass. after mass i went to the rectory and spoke with the priest. i felt real retarded becuase before he even came back there i was an idiot and got all weepy, ya know. i guess that is why rectories have lots of kleenex, lol. he was nice, i told him about having lymes and related diseases, that i have been diagnosed with 7 diseases, that one is currently still being researched. that i had been very sick and my concerns (ya know the things i can do little about?) i told him sleeping but hadn't made it in before because my internal clock is not set and i have been real sick. he said to try to make it when i can, he was very nice. he seemed to understand , he said had a close friend who has suffered from it and he seemed to know it something can pester one for a lifetime and most do not get cured when chronic . well i told him did not want much, just needed him to pray for me. he gave me a blessing it was nice. sometimes that is all we need, ya know? (LC).

I can totally relate with you LC. The last time I went to church I sat and cried like a baby. It was so embarrasing (sp?), but I just couldn't help it. I really felt touched inside. If it makes you feel good inside, I would think it would be beneficial to your healing process. Scar

hi scar, thanks for you and unclear understanding. i guess a constructive way of venting. yeah, i have always believed in good overcoming evil. i think god does weep at our suffering. it is not a punishment, it something for some reason unknown to us he has to allow i think. lame you know? but as bad as this disease is, the one good thing is if i had not gotten sick i would never met all of you wonderful folks.you guys will think i am misguided, but something tell me our burden shall be lifted someday, i do not know why i know this i just do. even though we carry scars, we shine from inside, ever forget this (LC).
