Some more information on our skin and to think my husband was forced to work around these NANO sized organisms without any safety gear or safety rules or safety of any kind except his hard hat and rubber boots......I just cannot believe THEY said this was SAFE for my husband to work around these organisms like that ......

NO WONDER his maintenance co-workers and families are all sick too......HOW STUPID WAS THIS......I am still shocked at how stupid this was.....

They would be out there oiling parts on the blowers needed for these organisms with them running sending a mist all in the air around these open pits.....BIOremediation is infecting this planet...

The FDA has mistakenly assumed for many, many years that whatever you put on your body doesn't get absorbed into your body. They think, for example, that you could just coat your body with toxic chemicals and you would be fine, because your skin is a barrier. I've even heard pharmacists tell me that the skin is a great barrier, so whatever you put on your skin won't go into your body.

That's utterly ridiculous! As pharmacists, haven't these people ever sold nicotine patches? How do you think those work? They work by releasing nicotine that gets absorbed directly through your skin into your bloodstream. If your skin didn't absorb nicotine, the nicotine patches wouldn't deliver a dosage. You have to be half-crazy to think that the skin is some kind of permanent barrier that keeps out everything you put on it.

In fact, the skin is very porous -- the skin breathes. Yes, it keeps out bacteria, but it sure doesn't keep out chemical solvents, and it doesn't keep out molecules as big as nicotine. Nicotine molecules are not very small, by the way. There are many things that go right through your skin, and those include fragrance chemicals, solvents, and a lot of other toxic ingredients

Bugsick,
I am so sorry your husband was working in these unsafe conditions. That he was exposed to these elements with no thought or protection for himself or his family. Have you found anything to help relieve your symptoms? Do you all react to this in the same way? I can feel your anger at the injustice of all this. I just know that anger and being aware of what has happened wont heal you . I agree with everything that you have written.
I wish we could all help you find peace and healing until the truth comes out. In your case dealing with the water treatment, I am curious as to which symptoms you believe were caused by this?
