This was a post you made some time ago, but, yes, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia kind of go hand in hand...and they are both very hard to deal with...you don't ever feel like doing things that require a whole lot of energy...it is a vicious cycle...you don't get the restful sleep that u need, and then that also makes the Fibromyalgia worse and the CFS...the memory loss and brain fog is not only embarrassing, it is very stressful...and stress will also affect your sleep and pain...and since I have had the Morgellon's, it has got nothing but worse...the fatigue is overwhelming, and the brain fog is terrible...I am lucky I know who I am these days...I sure hope they find a cure soon...or find out how they are related...I am sick and tired of being sick and tired...Kentucky haze....Hey Franky...that was one of the shortest posts I have done...ha...was that better? No, really, I AM trying to shorten, but my brain fog makes it hard to get my point across and make sense even a little bit too....haze
kentucky, i just wanted to tell you to look up my new post clarifying the intake of green cumin under morgellons treatment. i have listed a cheap online source to order empty gel capsules to cap it up. its cheap and because of it my brain fog and neurological symtoms are gone. i still suffer some from the chronic fatigue, but im up because i can never get the dumb ecovie when i need it. my ears are trying to get infected again because i am out and have been out. i think my mail carriers are retarded or something.

I will get out of bed after a night of sleep and get the feeling after being up for only 30 minutes. I am not overweight..infact, I used to jog, play basketball with my boys, jump on the trampoline with the kids, go for walks with my hubbie, etc...now I get winded going up the stairs. It is a very frustrating problem.

Ginkgo, Guarana are pretty good for fatigue and mind alertness. I like taking some Guarana before any physical activety. Ginkgo I have been taking for a couple years now off and on.

Hi, Everyone!
I just wanted to add that I read somewhere that a past history of CFIDS or Lyme is a precipitating factor for Morgellons, ostensibly because they're also (along with Morgellons) genetically engineered diseases (I believe 100% that this is true). In 1981 (Feb. 13 as a matter of fact), my world stopped because I got CFIDS -- my acupuncture teacher 10 years later said that he can tell the real CFIDS patients from people who are chronically tired if they remember the date they fell ill, because CFIDS hits you like a ton of bricks. I know my doctor at the time said it was "just the flu" and I'd be completely well in 2 weeks, and I knew it would be a long time before I would recover. I have often wondered since then if my bf's father, who I am certain worked for the CIA and may have considered me a threat to his son's career growth, had something to do with my falling sick so suddenly. This was before the term chronic fatigue was even coined and every doctor I went to thought it was a psychiatric disorder. Lyme, CT, ground zero for Lyme disease, is within about 20-30 miles of the largest pharma company in the world, Pfizer. I know they have underground labs (natural containment for scientific experiments).... anyway, I have to keep remembering this is all God's play, that I just have to deal with what's dealt. I got my blackseed oil and cream today, and I have this weekend to organize my products and food and appliances for my new regimen. It is so good there are so many on this board who keep positive. You all are an inspiration to me.

At 1st, the reason I couldn't work was the open sores. As time went on, I developed CF/Fibro and couldn't work b/c of the generalized pain, overwhelming fatigue and "brain fog". Know all too well, that feeling that you can't plan anything cause you don't know how you're going to feel that day. Stinks. I've even lost dr.s(no loss really) b/c I missed too many appts., either forgot or was way too tired to drive, get up & dressed, etc. Just found out(recently), I have severe sleep apnea & I'm not even making it to REM sleep, although I don't fit the criteria for a typical apnea pt.(naturally!!); they also saw seizure activity during the study(w/no known cause). Morgellons or my moldy house??!!
Hugs, Philly
