| Well low and behold.....NANO Technology is part of our disease.... After speaking with the Canadian representative via phone the other day.....he had some very interesting news for me..... First he wanted to see about using our story about the wastewater treatement plant and their NANO organisms in Texas that infected my husband and his co-workers and their families and pets and during our conversation he mentioned that...... It has now been confirmed now by TWO independant United States laboratories that NANO Technology is involved....in fact one laboratory wants more samples!!! to figure out what is happening here..... This is what I have been spouting for over a year now......NANO organisms designed for sludge cleanup and environmental cleanup infecting the world......WAKE UP EPA it is your designer bugs causing this epidemic.....WAKE UP_ CDC it is REAL and spreading.........I don't wish this on anyone but you need to feel the pain we live with every waking hour of every day of our lives....while you do NOTHING.....it is disgraceful for one of the richest nations to be responsible for the next epdemic because you were so busy covering up this mistake of using NANO microbes to save the planet......your designer bugs have created a disease that is killing our world......you won't be able to keep this out of the news much longer....your coverup is finished..... |

| BugSick ... you've done it! All your perseverance and faith and pushing for the truth -- although it's not a happy truth, I am feeling almost overjoyed at hearing this news! At last .. the truth is coming out. Bless you, my friend, for not giving up. We owe folks like you a debt of gratitude. Hallelujah! ![]() |

![]() Bug~~ Great! That has to make you feel good! I know from working child welfare that "breaking through" and getting acknowledgement of the real situation feels awesome. I have to agree that there are horrible ramifications of attempting to manufacture things that we should be letting nature take care of. Pandora's Box is the best way to describe it. It always made me feel kinda freaked to do the septic tank treatment knowing you are putting bacteria in there................ Look at DDT and agent orange. What are we doing? Please keep us informed. I still think you should start looking for a savvy environmental lawyer. Linda

| Linda yes, we did just that......contacted one of the best....you would know which one if I mentioned the name.....I think everyone knows this group.... and after presenting them the case on a silver platter.....co-workers, place, time, you name it....after several weeks of their review we were told.... I am SORRY WE CANNOT REPRESENT YOU.....YOU have EXCEED your STATUE OF LIMITATIONS on this matter.....WHAT..... STATUE OF LIMITATIONS on what.... my husband was never told these were a danger to his health.....in fact there were NO SAFETY PROCEDURES in place for the mechanical technicians working on the equpment necessary for these organims.....in fact out working around these open pits with the blowers running and a mist in the air all the time.....NO PROTECTIVE GEAR ON.....WHAT WERE THEY THINKING...... and we told them there was no way until last year that we could have made the connection.....after media information allowed us to connect the dots......that was the hardest thing was doing our own people research to find out how infectious this was and when we came to the co-workers from the wastewater treatment plants every co-worker was sickened with Morgellons symptoms and other family members......it didn't take rocket science to peice it all together and then one co-worker died from unexpleained liver failure about 4 years after exposure......my husband was near death 5 years after exposure.....liver counts shooting off the charts.....I have had liver counts shooting off the charts in fact that was one of my first symptoms my lesions didn't start until about 1 1/2 years after my liver counts were shooting off the charts......and down hill ever since then.... I even contacted this particular law firm several times after with new information begging for their reconsideration and was told to stop contacting them as they were never going to represent us but Good Luck.... Why then are employees exposed to Asbestos not having this so called Statue of Limitations......and other occupational hazards don't have the Statue of Limitations......but Morgellons infected do..... Ask the Government......THEY KNOW..... |

| At the bottom is a recent artilce on NANO and the EPA..... SAD THING IS.... ALL this concern SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PLACE 25 years ago WHEN YOU STARTED releasing NANO designer bugs into our environment...... THEY are 25 YEARS LATE with the big concerns.... IT IS ALREADY HAPPENING....... This has been a free for all for the past 25 years....little to no regulations or controls on these designer bugs.....WHAT WERE YOU THINKING???.....NANO them into something very VIRAL!!! with little to NO concern.....and set them free.... on top of that You had NO PROPER TESTING procedures available for the medical community or for that matter any communication with the medical community on WHAT YOU WERE RELEASING INTO OUR Environment......to ensure the safety.....to ensure the workers working around your bugs were safe (NO SAFETY PROCEDURES) YOU WERE NOT PREPARED to release these into our environment......NO SIR NOT ONE BIT.... There was NO TRAINING to the medical community on what you were releasing and signs and symptoms to watch for in case of infection......well guess what take a look at Morgellons symptoms because that is what the symptoms are of your bugs infecting us.....NOTHING to keep the medical community informed.....NOTHING.... and years of DENIAL your bugs were at fault......it has been denied for so long now....it is someone else's truth....but never a formal investigation done..... yet, our wildlife are sick and disappearing or waisting away, aquatic life washing up by the hundreds, syndromes and illnesses once considered rare are now epidemics in themselves, unexplained health issues, E Coli cases first appeared just several years after the big announcement microbes were going to save the planet and have now contaminated beaches...... this is all connected..... you have polluted our waterways and soil with your designer bugs.....and they have had time to reproduce.....the past 10 years have really started showing in many many ways.....this is one big picture if you take the time to look.....beaches now infected with E Coli everything is at risk and no one is immune..... This is the next Epidemic it is just one that takes time and time it has had....... SORRY FOLKS- but I could not paste the link and had to copy and paste....but felt was very important information.... Nanotechnology requires immediate changes in EPA Report lays out steps to address 'The Next Industrial Revolution' WASHINGTON –Regulatory oversight of nanotechnology is urgently needed and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) should act now, reports a new study released today. In EPA and Nanotechnology: Oversight for the 21st Century, former EPA assistant administrator for policy, planning and evaluation, J. Clarence (Terry) Davies, provides a roadmap for a new EPA to better handle the challenges of nanotechnology. New nanomaterials and nanotechnology products are entering the market each week, and an adequate oversight system is necessary to identify and minimize any adverse effects of nano materials and products on health or the environment. Davies' report sets out an agenda for creating an effective oversight system as nanotechnology advances—the technology that some have hailed as "the next industrial revolution." "This new report seeks to encourage EPA, Congress, and others to create an intelligent oversight approach that empowers EPA and promotes investment and innovation in new nanotechnology products and processes," said David Rejeski, director of the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies at the Wilson Center (PEN). "As both the chair and ranking minority member of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science and Technology stated last year, 'Nanotechnology is an area of research that could add billions of dollars to the U.S. economy, but that won't happen if it is shrouded in uncertainty about its [environmental, health and safety] consequences.' " The report provides a thorough analysis of how nanotechnology can serve as a catalyst for change in EPA and existing regulatory frameworks. It identifies major areas that require transformation within the agency—including science, program integration, personnel, international activities and program evaluation. In addition, Davies' report spells out more than 25 steps that EPA, Congress, the president, the U.S. National Nanotechnology Initiative and the nanotechnology industry as a whole should take to improve the oversight of nanotechnology. Among the recommendations made are the following: EPA should launch its proposed voluntary program to collect nanotechnology risk information and should begin immediately to revise the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to better deal with nanotechnology. EPA and industry should create a joint research institute to conduct scientific research on nanotechnology effects. EPA should set up and lead an interagency regulatory coordinating group for nanotechnology oversight. Congress should establish a temporary committee in each house to consider options for a nanotechnology oversight mechanism. Congress should provide an additional $50 million each year for research on the health and environmental effects of nanotechnology products and processes. Congress should remove constraints that limit EPA's ability to require that companies collect and share necessary data and other information the agency needs to oversee nanotechnology. Davies discusses the importance of public participation and dialogue throughout this process. He also examines the role of state and local governments. According to William D. Ruckelshaus, former EPA administrator from 1970 to 1973 and again from 1983 to1985, who read and issued a statement about Davies' report, "For over thirty years, the EPA has dealt with the impacts of the last industrial revolution—the internal combustion engine, steam-generated electricity, and basic chemical synthesis. Today, another industrial revolution is occurring. It is being driven by nanotechnology and its convergence with information technology and biotechnology. Nanotechnology holds tremendous potential—for breakthroughs in medicine, in the production of clean water and energy, and in computers and electronics. It may be the single most important advance of this new century. But with its ability to fundamentally change the properties of matter, nanotechnology also may pose both the greatest challenge and biggest opportunity for EPA in its history. EPA needs to seriously consider the constructive and thoughtful changes that Davies puts forward in his report." "This report should stimulate a broad dialogue about a next-generation oversight system that will work with nanotechnologies and the technologies that follow," said PEN's Rejeski. "EPA and Nanotechnology provides a clear starting point for a discussion about environmental protection in the 21st century." ### EPA and Nanotechnology: Oversight for the 21st Century was commissioned by the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies, a partnership between the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and The Pew Charitable Trusts. The report is available online at www.nanotechproject.org. About Nanotechnology Nanotechnology entails the measurement, prediction and construction of materials on the scale of atoms and molecules. A nanometer is one-billionth of a meter, and nanotechnology typically deals with particles and structures larger than 1 nanometer, but smaller than 100 nanometers. To put this into perspective, the width of a human hair is approximately 80,000 nanometers. A nanometer-size particle is about three times the diameter of a gold atom and a very small fraction of the size of a living cell. Such a particle can be seen only with the most powerful microscopes. J. Clarence (Terry) Davies is a senior advisor at the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies and senior fellow at Resources for the Future. Considered one of the foremost authorities on environmental policy, he co-authored the plan that created the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He later served as the EPA's Assistant Administrator for Policy, Planning and Evaluation. As a senior staff member of the Council on Environmental Quality, Davies authored the original version of what became the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). William D. Ruckelshaus served as the EPA's first administrator (1970-1973) and in a second term as EPA administrator (1983-1985). Mr. Ruckelshaus is currently a strategic director of Madrona Venture Group. The Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies is an initiative launched by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and The Pew Charitable Trusts in 2005. It is dedicated to helping business, government and the public anticipate and manage possible health and environmental implications of nanotechnology.
