Default For Financial Help, Check This Section

If you need any help with medical care or other financial issues please be sure to check the financial section of the board for help. Here’s the section URL. If anyone has additional information which may help others financially during this very stressful economic time I hope you will add it to the financial section here:

Financial Aid

Here’s a few of the threads under this section:

NeedyMeds.com

Financial Aid Rules

Free /Low Cost Medical Clinics-US (more than one link)

Low Cost Food through Angel Ministry

Medicare Prescription Drug coverage (remember some of the information may be outdated with the recent passage of a "health care" bill, but Fanky has provided a list of what you might need to bring if trying to qualify for totally paid for medicare--low income will probably still qualify for this additional help).

Disability information (one member has received disability based on a Morgellons diagnosis):

Disability Benefits

Locating food banks, soup kitchens, and homeless shelters (more than one country):

Locating Food Banks, Soup Kitchens and Homeless Shelters

Well, I don't know who that was Jane, but I can assure you that it was not me who barked at you.

You are right though. If you need help it is available in many places, public and private.

Just to make you feel at home though I will end this post with a message from all our pet dogs who are chorusing now just for you: Woof, woof, woof.
