| Hey everone I posted this in a response post but I want to repost it here as it's own topic. I built a Infrared rack to use in a former coat closet and it has been worth every penny. I find that using it and immediately applying treatment is very successful. I modified the steps outlined in a link that Bubba provided. Here it is:http://www.mercola.com/2002/aug/14/sauna.htm I saw some very nice damaged units on Ebay that were located in Florida. $500.00 for a single person unit but they were pick up only no shipping. Mine cost about $46.00. My closet had one plastic covered wire rack in it. I just took the rack down and went to the Ace hardware store and bought light sockets (old fashioned type with the pull chain). With that type of socket you can just use bread bag ties to tie the light socket in the desired position on the closet maid type shelving. This of course makes them easily movable too. The bulbs I got at Lowes building supply. I was able to rob 3 cords from some junkie lamps I had and only needed to buy one more from Ace. I have a small air ionizer and I run it in there when I take treatments. After one use and seeing how much it made me sweat I decided to line half of the closet with heavy foil for reflection and to protect my walls from sweat. Hope this helps...prayers, Linda |
