Hey all, I know every one is having trouble with their nerves. I have used Kava tea for years now. It is a pleasant tasting tea and it really works very, very well to calm. Valarien root is super too but it tastes and smells very bad. You can get it in capsules of course. I just use Kava. You can pick it up at your healthfood store. While your in the tea section pick up some red rasberry leaf tea too. It along with echinacea support the immune system very well. I am finding immune system support most helpful. prayers...Linda

LC, How interesting the info you found...Kava is antibacterial, antiseptic, and anti-fungal! I did not know that. I just know that is really makes me feel better. Something else that is helping me is something new I have been doing. I started making homemade ginger ale with lots of ginger root. I didn't know it, but it is antifungal antibacterial and immune boosting too. I think God leads us through our instincts sometimes don't you think? Prayers...Linda

Hey the Ginger ale is soooo easy to make. You need a two liter coke bottle use a funnel or measuring cup with a spout to pour ingredients into it. In my first batch I used raw unprocessed sugar. In the second batch I used 2/3 cup of honey Manuka Honey would be even better I used raw honey) and added some red pepper flakes. Here's how easy... 1 Cup sugar 2-4 tablespoons of grated ginger root (1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes this I added because I'm following an Alkaline anti fungal diet and red pepper is good for a host of things and I like spice!) 1/4 teaspoon of baking yeast just put the ingredients in the bottle and fill with distilled or spring water to about an inch from under the lid. Tighten the lid and let sit out in the room for 24-48 hours. Enjoy...Here's the web site I got the recipe from:http://biology.clc.uc.edu/fankhauser...er_Ale_Ag0.htm
