I study Buddhism. Buddhism is very basic and clear. According to Buddha dharma everything that happens has a reason. That is a law of karma. Subsequently, everything that happens carries a result. That's also karma. Karma means action in Sanskrit, which is an ancient language of India. So anyways, according to this law diseases also happen because of causes. Many many causes and so is our disease. Sure, medicines and proper nutrition help but so is spirituality. Buddhism sais that karma is made by mind and because of the imprints of karma in our mind we get sick. So the best way to get to the cause of the disease is to purify mind. Best way to purify mind is to not be negative and do good deeds. Also, be happy for people or other creatures who are happy such as well groomed dogs who got plenty of good food to eat and for example or happily married couples who are still not bickering every day

. Wishing happiness to people also purifies you so for example you can wish ex-emperor George Bush Junior and that hillbilly Hildi happiness because they are greedy and greedy peoiple are never happy. Wish happiness to all the morgellons sufferers and other sick people and poor people and abused animals and sea creatures by the oil spill and everybody everybody because its really hard to live being hungry and thirsty and needing to poop and piss all the time. By working like this with your mind we purify our energy channels and prana, the energy of life can flow better rejuvinating our bodies. That is why we do most of our healing when we are asleep and our minds and bodies are relaxed. Also do tai chi. Good stuff it is. Do yoga and tai chi and eat right and wish everyone happiness and identify with other peoples happiness and dont judge your thoughts because thoughts are not you so just let them go and just be. Be good!
