| so....If you don't mind my asking 2many....(I am totally lost in your equations, as usual)...and if you'll be so kind to answer my question.... what's your thought on natural oregano sprigs in olive oil used in cooking? Just trying to learn from all the best people here. Kritts |

Here's one situation where I didn't follow the thread from the beginning. Call me haphazard. I didn't see this post before I wrote what I did more recently. I have no idea where anyone is coming from on the long posts, because my attention span only lets me go where I really am interested to a great degree. I go with fresh oregano in oil. I dunno. Somehow I can't picture American Indians sitting there with their calculators figuring out what percentage per part of something provided in nature to provide for healing purposes. then gathering up all the oregano plants and use the oil extractors or possibly herb smashers (what do they call those things?....mortar/pestal thingies?) Or maybe they did. This is one of those occasions where we can all learn from each other, though. Kritts |

| lolololol..... I just love you Carls! it gets stuck in my teeth also. but my worst problem is finding a freaking coconut at the supermarket that doesn't have a crack in it that I QUESTION whether or not has some major bacteria, fungi, whatever....lurking. Just an aside...and a cute little story to those who could give a damn. .I spent a great deal of my childhood in NYC on the cusp of culture extremes. My two bestest friends were an extremely wealthy Jewish lass, (Naomi) and a Puerto Rican lass, Christina. Naomi (not sure of the spelling) gave me her school pic addressed to 'my best bud' and I'll never forget her. She died and that shook me to the core. Christina was cool to hang out with also. We would eat RAW rice and COCONUT at her house. Let's just say, I'm sure my teeth would never grow fangs around her apartment. Yes, this whole historical , boring account about my personal life ended up with my note about coconut. Go figger. Tis moi. Anyway....coconut oil has many major properties in healing. xoxo Kritts |
