Default hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is a very pale blue liquid which appears clear in a dilute solution, slightly more viscous than water. It has tough oxidizing properties and is therefore a forceful bleaching proxy that has found use as a disinfectant, as an oxidizer, and in rocketry (certainly in high concentrations as high-test peroxide (HTP) as a monopropellant), and in bipropellant systems.Hydrogen peroxide was first isolated in 1818 by Louis Jacques Thénard by reacting barium peroxide by using nitric acid. An improved version of this process used hydrochloric acid, followed by sulfuric acid to precipitate the barium chloride byproduct. Thenard's process was used from the end of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century.

Storage

Small quantities of many different concentrations and grades can be legally stored and used with few regulations. Hydrogen peroxide has to be stored in containers made from suitable materials which are fabricated in such a manner as to inhibit the reaction of the container by using the chemical. Numerous materials and processes are available and these vary based on the focusing on and grade (purity) of the hydrogen peroxide. In general, hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizer and should be stored away from fuel sources and sources of catalytic contamination.H202 should be stored using plastic stoppers because it reacts by using glass stoppers and it gets stuck.

Therapeutic use

Hydrogen peroxide has been used as an antiseptic and anti-bacterial proxy for many years. While its use has decreased in recent years because of the popularity of more appropriate-smelling and even more readily-available over the counter product or services, it's still used by many hospitals, doctors and dentists in sterilising, cleaning and treating everything from floors to Root canal procedures.

Recently, alternative medical practitioners have advocated administering doses of hydrogen peroxide intravenously in extremely low (less than one percent) focusing ons for hydrogen peroxide therapy — a controversial alternative medical treatment for cancer. Nevertheless, according to the American Cancer Society, "there's no scientific evidence that hydrogen peroxide is a safe, useful or useful cancer treatment." They advise cancer patients to "remain in the care of qualified doctors who use proven methods of treatment and approved clinical trials of promising new treatments." Internal use of hydrogen peroxide has a history of causing fatal blood disorders, and its recent use as a therapeutic treatment has been linked to several deaths.

Hydrogen peroxide is GRAS (Usually Recognised As Safe) as an antimicrobial agent, an oxidizing proxy and even more by the US Food and Drug Administration.Hydrogen peroxide can also be used as a toothpaste when mixed with correct quantities of baking soda and salt. Like benzoyl peroxide, hydrogen peroxide is also occasionally used in the treatment of acne. Hydrogen peroxide is also used as an emetic in veterinary practice.

Has anyone tried drinking small amounts of food grade hydrogen peroxide with no problem? I was going to start at 3 drops per day and work up to more, but now I've read this, I don't want to do more harm, or am I misunderstanding the post? Snow

I grew up in the vitamin and health field. Just like drugs, there are certain herbs and even vitamins that can pose a risk to one's health. But folks still take them because the benefits outweigh the risks. Its a delicate balance and can be diffrent per person. You will be fine with the Hydrogen peroxide. That was just a review for people from wikipedia.

I don't know what to take, hydrogen peroxide, silver, or salt and C. Can anyone direct me some, I have such a hard time thinking and making decisions. My doctor found that lump on my head she called a cyst, but she doesn't know that this cyst gets larger and smaller. Wait until spring, it will be much bigger because there is something that reproduces at certain times in that lump. I know it sounds crazy, but I know it's a fact. Does anyone know anything about neurocysticercosis, not sure I spelled that right. Is there a test for that or would I get put away for asking for a more detailed examination than just a cyst and suggesting it would be that, if it's even it? I have around 40.00 a month I could try some things with. I have found that Schwartz gives Bactrim, Biltricide, and Flagil (sp) I have the Bactrim, but have no way of getting the other two and I'm not to sure about using things from pet stores as an alternative. Any suggestions? I hope I've made sense, I want something to add to the Bactrim DS that will kill or reduce these parasites, esp in the head. My vision is getting progressively worse, I'm dizzy, and my arms get weak and at times I can't write. I've had a cat scan, it's normal. I have no feeling in my two little fingers now either.

Thank you Bubba, your so kind and explain things so well . I have it in my mind to start off with the Salt and C, because it's the most affordable, but I'm so tired I can't seem to get going out to get what I need and this confusion makes it harder. I'm going to make sure that is all I do this day, to get those two things. I haven't been able to visit my mom in the two years I've known I've had this, except to step in the door for a few minutes, but she has this disease anyway, somehow from me before I knew I had it. My brother doesn't want to hear what I saw on her, so the only thing I can do is try things on myself that might help her at some point from suffering with this on top of the alzheimer's. My mom doesn't have any skin breakouts yet, but I know she has the threads and fiber balls in her hair and I saw a black dot under the skin of her thumb. I'll go back and read the links you sent me again, so I don't keep asking the same questions . I didn't remember you sending me anything about the cysts the doctor found on my head, that I know are not harmless cysts, I'll go back and check on that. Thank you.

Snowy I had the very same things you have when i first came here. I was always in pain and had begun to lean to one side with my neck on one side. Every finger and joint ached and the confusion was awful. I began taking salt/vit c and added garlic and salt peroxide baths . one day within 3 weeks, i woke and realised I had slept all night without waking once, had not done this for 3 years . Sometimes i did have bad days when i thought it wasn`t working but it was ok the next day. If i get enough sleep and eat plenty I feel almost like a normal person somedays :laughbut you got to keep it up and you will get through this Carla
