| Hi ya, Researching skin related journals, I found an article about Zangrado, which comes from a tropical plant, and showed to be effective in stopping itching, reducing nausea and irritable bowel. See refs below: http://www.translational-medicine.com/content/6/1/3 http://books.google.com/books?id=ATIk5D6SOu8C&pg=PA305&lpg=PA305&dq=Zangra do&source=web&ots=qVhlCV_ALs&sig=0iO9eFpdaYfcYqpqW JXerEMkZsw#PPA309,M1Itch - Basic mechanisms and therapy In these tests Zangrado was given orally. By Googleing 'Zangrado', there are a skin creams available. Thought it might be worth trying for anyone not getting any relief, especially children. Jo xx |

| This plant, from South America's rain forest, is also know as Sangre De Grado or Dragon's Blood. I tried this product in a liquid resin form which I found at Raintree Nutrition and applied to some of my lesions. It would sometimes get out some of the parasites from the lesion. As these critters seem to get used to whatever is used to control them, I have found it best to rotate what I use, as they quickly adapted to even this. Since I almost never itch I cannot say anything about that property of this herb. Here is a very interesting page from the plant database of Raintree Nutrition which discusses this herb in some depth: ttp://www.rain-tree.com/sangre-de-grado-resin.htm
