I can't live without this also, I difuse it and we clean with it, I spray it on all four corners of my pillow before sleeping I have not try taken in my mouth, I have tried it on my lips and it does burn alot, I have washed my body in it and my hair. Good stuff. Good going LC

thanks unclear was suprised saw in lozenges. also say in vitamin area upfront these lozengesof my doc's office. so good to know a variety of theives oil in products. today got rx for b-12 shots once a month buy these can be boutght over the counter online: http://gerovital-treatment.com/Merch...egory_Code=all . http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s45710-s-...NJECTABLE.aspx . of course if doc giving medicine and tired some docs let you have sopme b12 injectible if really sick with disease on no medicine , well wound easy may not be an option. i will say it helps more than sublingual or pills.
