you are going to wonder what the heck does this have to do with morgellons disease? i will get to that in my next post. this is background on my discovery, if do not like this SKIP IT

studies have shown that music alters brainwave, for instance children being tested listening to classical music performed better. i first applied the idea of music and stress management with my cat stumpie, who had epilepsy. there are three seizure stages: pre seizure where person/animal feels anxious nervous knowing something bad about to happen. actual seizure stage where the brain short circuits and well can vary from a vacant stare to slight twitching to grand mal. lastly, post seizure stage, where subject is disoriented, temporary loss of short term memory. sometimes during that phase my cat needed to remap whole house again to become reorientated. my mother used to also have grand mal seizures when i was small from being thrown from a horse when young. mom has not had seizures in a long time thank goodness. but somethig awful like a sstrobe light can actually make an epileptic have a seizure. as a child i observed these same stages in my mother. she also would talk to me about this process when had to help the cat. back then i joined a support group called epif-felines on yahoo, since little is known about cat epilepsy. many cats were on phenobarbitol, they used to give them another medicine but found out not good for the cats for one reason or another. some of the cats disd poorly on larger doses of pheno, and worst case think was liver kidney failure, or feeding tubes. i went to vet told them wanted cat on LOWEST dose possible. of course vet thought crazy said four times amount but not nice vet so tried it. it did help but later learned the cat responded to sound. gunfire on a movie made him once have a seizure. arguing and loud noise could make him have a seizure. but enigma was the key, very soothing music like that, enya harp music in pre seizure stage and stopped them. if during seizure stage play music leave him alone just pet him a little helped. quiet room in the after phase. with my mom olden days you leave somebody having a seizure alone, perios. i would turn on side they say not to do that but WHAT IF VOMIT

ON BACK? why i used to do it. but holding them still can make them can huirt them the muscles need to have this short circuit for some reason. next post on our use for music, (LC). p.s. finally got a picture of stumpie up yeah he has short tail. like he lost about a third of it. think had epilepsy because abused kicked in head or thrown against a wall.

he has been off meds for about 2 yrs now i slowly weaned him off and he no longer has seizures. i think the music changed his brain wiring but in a GOOD way.
