Default Common herbs which may help some symptoms

I found this on a chiropractor's web site. This page discusses these herbs and their use in more depth than I usually find in the internet. The only problem is that somehow he listed fennel twice and left out the discussion on ginger. These are easily herbs which you may already have on hand if you enjoy cooking and can be bought inexpensively by all if there is something which you think might be of help:

I contacted the fellow who runs the web site and he said that the page I list just above will be corrected soon. So if interested to learn more about ginger and how to use it, check back. He also has a few other articles on his site which may give a brief background to ayurvedia.

i will say that people do seem to get relief from ayurvedic medicine. and i will say yes, cumin seems to be a good herb from my experience with it. when i was in new mexico , they even had an auryvedic restaurant there. they had these baby coconuts, you would drink the coconut water inside. gee i liked those things, (LC).

OK. maybe I asked this question before but I am cognitively not too sharp these days.

You've mentioned Cumin......Just want to clarify: Do you mean

Cumin as in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cumin

or

Curcumin (Tumeric), as in: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curcumin?

I ask because folks often mix the two. Had some luck with Turmeric(Curcumin) earlier. Stopped only b/c it was bright yellow and staining everything.

Never tried Cumin if that's what you mean.

Thanks,

Evan

hi evan,i meant the first one you put up link for thanks. i meant the green cumin (it can look brown too) the powdered cheap stuff in the mexican aisle can put into v8 if like to drink the powder. the powder has the best absorption 2tsp 1-2x daily. but no not curcumin, or tumeric. not sweet cumin (anise) either. black cumin is another plant altogether (nigella sativa) but i recommend it too, the blackseed cream for lesions(the one with the green cap), and the oil for internal use. the latter has strong anticancer properties, and the former just seems to me to be tailor made to fight the disease. will take at least 3 days to get into the system, the green cumin. for blackseed products, go to: http://www.blackseedusa.com/ you can also find just blackseed there for those chemically sensitve to the camphor in the blackseed cream, an excellent idea would be using grapeseed oil as a vehicle for ointment if ground up the blackseed. cream is black like doo doo, but draws out infection. a little goes a long way a great buy. but yeah, i do cartwheels for the cheap powder, the green cumin as i call it, cumin or cumino in spanish i think. cheap, safe good for us, (LC).

Thanks LC.

Going to pick that Cumin up in the Dollar Store today. Actually going to run to the Lyme Dr. in about 15 minutes. Was doing Rifampin and a little Levaquin. This doesn't seem to be cutting it enough for me. Convinced I have agrobacteria and going to the Lyme Dr with a lot of scientific articles to implore him to consider long term CIPRO with azythromycin.

Found some really good articles on the web and will post with details later.

Evan

hi evan, if wish go to http://morgellonstreatmetsteps.com/ and have bubba send both the vanderbuilt and harvey protocols if she can. long time ago before sick with morgellos disease they gave me cypro for bladder ifection or something. i do not like cipro and after one dose thought had to break wind (very tiny) and pooped myself twice, on two different ocassions. was the single most horrid antibiotic experience ever had. but might have been just my system. my pants were a hershey factory. eeew. it was for me, very hard on the system. i do not like it. another good drug is isonazid, (INH) an anti-tuberculosis med which helps fight chlamydia pneumonia. here is a site that is a chlamydia help site i just joined: http://cpnhelp.org/ but good have nice doc helping you. i take diflucan too, but only one pill a week and some other stuff. but each person is different. so hope not sound rude or silly i am no doc. i hope those taking plaquenil continue to post how doing. i am curious. no problem on the cumin will take awhile to get into system. let me know if doing the black or green or both. but let me know if good for you, okay? (LC).
